Huge shout out to Jonathan for fitting me in late on a Friday! I discovered moisture issues in an upstairs room and after the rain we’ve had assumed it was related to a roof issue. Jonathan came out the same day I called and thoroughly inspected the roof and the inside where the moisture issue existed. He then did a water test to verify that everything roofing-wise was in good order. He then spent additional time, after 8pm on a Friday, talking to me about possible causes, next steps to pursue and answering questions I had. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and generous with his time and knowledge. Jonathan is an asset to Legacy Roofing! Thank you!!!

Legacy Roofing and Construction and Jon Kitchen did a great job with the roof replacement for my home. I met Jon almost a year earlier. He had offered to inspect my roof, and I was expecting him to find damage that he would offer an estimate for. To my surprise, he told me that the roof was fine and to not waste my money.
Impressed with his honesty, I reached out to him later on after a hailstorm left my roof damaged. He navigated me through the process, answered all my questions, was very prompt, friendly, and attentive. I did not feel pressured at all. On the day of the job, Jon and his team arrived on time, set up neatly, completed everything, and left my house in good shape. Thank you for your help.

Our neighborhood was hit significantly by a hail storm this past spring. Very quickly there were many contractors on site to offer their services. After ruling most out , I kept seeing the Legacy sign pop up in yards throughout the neighborhood , so I started gathering information from neighbors I knew. Such positive experiences from each and everyone of my neighbors who decided to go with Legacy ……and the name Josh kept coming up. I quickly understood why after meeting Josh. He is a true ambassador for Legacy. Josh is on top of every situation and does not stop until he is completely satisfied. He works tirelessly. Legacy Roofing was great to work with from start to finish when replacing our roof. They helped us get approval from our insurance carrier and were wonderful to work with every step of the way.

Legacy did a super job on replacing our roof. Everything done on schedule and all debris removed. We had an issue with a small leak that was difficult to find. They stayed with it, and worked until the problem was corrected. Joe Castillo was great and worked with us through the whole process. Definitely one of the top roofers here in the triangle.

Rick, the owner, fixed a few of the houses in our neighborhood already so it was easy to see his crew, work ethic and results. He showed us pictures from his drone which made it easier to see the damage. He did a FANTASTIC job. I would recommend him over and over again!!

My roof had wind damage and David Elliot discovered this problem as he was checking through my neighborhood. He marked the appropriate shingles and successfully fought against my insurance company to get them to replace my roof. He gave my insurance company a very fair price and they agreed. I enjoyed working with David as he is very knowledgable and very fair and enjoyable person. I highly recommend David and Legacy Roofing company as the installers worked skillfully and quickly to do a very good job!

Great job on the roof, cleaned up and were out after a few hours. Came out the day after my birthday so my head was having a hard time with the scrapping and nailing but great experience overall.

Our general contractor, Mike, was great to work with! We had renovation work completed after a pipe burst. He was well versed and knowledgeable in working with our insurance. We had a great experience and now a great new bathroom!

We had the pleasure of working with Legacy Construction & Roofing, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Our home is only 4 years old, but the original builder did not do the best job, leading to missing shingles and a few leaks. After calling around to several roofers for estimates, we were met with long lists of repairs and sky-high quotes.

My experience with Legacy Construction and Roofing Company was truly awesome. I've heard many horror stories about replacing your roof. My experience was phenomenal. The sales agent was knowledgeable, kind, and fought to get my needs met. He was patient working with my insurance claim keeping me informed at all times. When the project was approved, his workers show up at 6am and worked nonstop until the job was complete at 7pm. The did take a lunch break. I know because I sat outside observing the whole time. He also visited the site as the work was underway. My roof is beautiful, the cleanup was spotless and the w I rkers were great people. No one believe be when I say I will recommend Legacy to anyone. I appreciate the quality work and customer service every time I look at my home. Beautiful.

Mike Davis and his team have set the example of customer service/care. Extremely prompt with responses and execution of service. Additionally, he went above and beyond in tailoring their service around my busy work schedule. It’s not often you get something accomplished quickly in today’s market, but Mike was there and got it done quickly and went above my expectations. 10/10 recommend, not only Legacy, but if you can request Mike’s team I would highly recommend doing so.

Legacy did an excellent job on replacing our roof which had been damaged by hail. Aiden was excellent to work with and we most highly recommend him and Legacy. Aiden even arranged and helped us get new gutters installed which we had been wanting to do for some time now. Legacy replaced my roof several years back due to hail damage. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to.
They completed the job quickly, but more importantly very well!
They were a couple of minor issues that I noticed several days after the job was complete. I called to inform them of my observations, the owner came right out and fixed the stuff to my satisfaction.
Hopefully I won’t have to, but I will definitely use them again :-)

I called Legacy Construction and Roofing because I noticed some sagging on one corner of the roof of my 18 year old home. Since it was the original roof I was expecting the entire roof needed to be replaced. David came out and did a complete roof inspection and found that I had hail damage and he suggested submitting a claim to my insurance company. I submitted my claim to the insurance company and they sent an adjuster out to tag/document the damage. David came out later the same day and documented damage the adjuster did not document.

Based on the insurance adjusters initial documentation the insurance company denied my claim. David provided his findings to my insurance company and the claim was then approved no questions asked. The insurance company never contacted David or myself regarding his findings. Excellent job from David for going to bat for me!

Well, nine years after my 20-year old original roof replacement (wind damage) I can truly say that Legacy Construction & Roofing is still around, and my roof is in great shape! There are benefits of a long-established company that was able to work with my insurer.

They used a quality product and their staff did a great job. Communication and their craftsmanship is super.

And, just today 15-year employee GM Jonathan showed up right on-time for an appointment to check some items, after all the recent summer storms.

And again, (today 5/1/2025) Legacy takes care of its Customers!
Today, Jonathan showed up in less than 24 hours after I requested a very minor repair be made.
Roof was installed 11 years ago. They stand behind their product.
