Look at that roof. Look at that roof ridge. Examine the flashing Note the color, shading, and quality of the shingles. Finally, take note that the roof shape is complex. Man, they did good work, gave good advice, didn't try to overcharge or overbuild. They exceeded my needs and desires. They were hard working, professional, and done quickly and on-time. This review is a 'thank you' to Fabio and the crew. Please pass it along.

Honest and real. Jonathan came out and was a huge help for us - he clearly explained options of what needed to be done and cared a lot more about cost savings for us as customers rather than churning out needless work for profit. We had another estimate from another company and Jonathan was able to say exactly what the other company said just to make some money, and without even knowing we had that other estimate. 10/10 recommend.

Wanted to get an expert opinion on what kind of shape my roof was in. Jonathan show up. Super nice, very professional and thorough. He took time to check everything out and gave me an honest overview of what was needed. Not at all pushy. No scare tactics involving a major repair. Just need basic upkeep for now. I now know what I'm dealing with and will definitely be using them when the time comes. Thank you!

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
