Great hardware store locally owned and operated. Found things here that I would normally have to travel to the big box stores in Bristol TN to get. Good prices and courtesy my staff.

Affordable prices, organized store, helpful staff. The difference between this store and say another big box store (Lowe’s) is obvious. They are busy, but know, when they take care of you, it will probably right, get it on time and quality will be every bit as good as the big box stores.

This store is a cut above the rest.

I've always been treated good when I go in here. Alot of times I don't know the name of something and they are always helpful and know what I'm talking about. I would rather go here any day compared to Lowes.

I needed lumber (2×6 ×10 treated) they had what I wanted at a reasonable price and service was great, much better than the big box store. Will forget Lowes and continue to use Lebanon Supply.

One of the last local owned and operated. Good folks to trade with. Skip the big box stores and give their personal service a try. You'll be glad you did.

Friendly knowledgeable staff! They are truly a gem for our little town. Large inventory with all the essentials and more than a few impulse items available.

It's always a pleasure to interact with them.

Let me be very clear: YOU WILL NOT FIND GREAT SERVICE LIKE THIS AT LOWE'S OR HOME DEPOT. Almost all of the products I bought were less expensive than those chain stores and the delivery charge was half. In fact, they had items in stock that the other two stores didn't! Mr. Sweet spent almost an hour helping me figure out what I needed for my project, which was invaluable for someone that isn't a contractor. I will never go anywhere else.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
