Ryan and his team at Whitestone Restoration were amazing throughout my remodel after a sewer blockage. They handled everything with such care and professionalism, making a stressful situation much easier. I can't recommend Whitestone Restoration enough for all your restoration needs—they truly go above and beyond!

I've used Ryan and his team twice now for mold cleanup in different buildings. I'm sensitive to mold and I needed someone who would do the job thoroughly and carefully. For both jobs, they did just that. Improper siding installation led to hidden mold in our wall and into the basement that we finally found once there was a mess. They were here within one day of calling and the job completed within the week. Truly fantastic customer service and a thorough job. Ryan is always available to answer any questions. I'll never look elsewhere, highly recommend this company.

Tried to get a quote from this company. The gentleman I spoke to asked for photos of the area I wanted remediated , which I did send. Instead of calling back they texted me the whole time about the process. I asked to set up a in person consultation and a date was agreed upon. They did not show up or even call to let me know they were not coming.

Ryan and his team are amazing. We had a pipe burst and flood our basement. Ryan was there right away and walked us thru the process of what we needed to do. Everyone on his team was always very polite and let us know exactly what they were doing and what the next step would be. He took the stress out of a very stressful situation.

Whitestone Restoration truely impressed today when Ryan and team showed up bright and early this morning to renovate our bathroom. We had a toilet that had been leaking and was going unnoticed until the laminate floor started showing staining due to water damage to the wood underneath. A large portion of the flooring needed to be replaced. Ryan arrived with samples of flooring for us to decide what kind we wanted and then went to purchase what we selected while Livingston stated gutting it all out and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. His professionalism and kindness added to his incredible workmanship!! Then the plumbers arrived to install the toilet and all of this done in a days time!!! My 15 year old washing machine leaked so much water from my laundry room and cause water damage in my basement bedroom. The ceiling and wall was damaged. Ryan and his team was available immediately and assessed the damage in my drywall, checked for mold and dried out the laundry room and bedroom. They came days later to repair my tile grout lines and repaired my drywall and painted. Wow, they did an excellent job. You can not tell there was any damage to either rooms. What I appreciated most about Ryan and his team is I had a few slight other touch ups in my drywall and they were wonderful and repaired it at the same time. They went beyond the normal customer service and I can't thank them enough. Use Whitestone Restoration for your water damage mitigation needs and you won't regret it. I highly recommend them!!

My hot water heater cracked on the inside and had been leaking unbeknownst to me for quite some time. Both my kitchen floors and living room floors were damaged. My house is 80 years old and had layers upon layers of particle board and linoleum with asbestos in the living room. Needless to say, it was a bit of a nightmare. But, Ryan and his entire crew were absolutely amazing! New floors, new trim, new paint....I even upgraded my kitchen cabinets and countertop. Ryan kept me informed of the progress and answered my questions promptly and professionally. I am already looking forward to working with him again with my bathroom issues.

We’ve had ongoing plumbing problems this year. Luckily they are resolved now but it meant that Ryan and his team have been at our house a few times this year. I’m extremely satisfied with the restoration work Whitestone has done. They have been responsive, professional, courteous, and timely, much more so than some of the other repair folks I’ve had to deal with. I hope our Great Plumbing Saga of 2021 is over, but in case it’s not, I will have Whitestone do the repair work.

Ryan responded quickly, provided a reasonable estimate and was able to start work immediately. He completed the work on time as promised including coordinating with a plumber who had to do a repair during mold remediation. I received all-clear from an independent mold inspector who retested the area after Ryan finished, so I know the work was done right.

I called after a sump pump leak. Ryan and his team were there that afternoon and was able to start the restoration process immediately. They were professional and worked around my hectic schedule. Everything is whole again and I am using my basement again. Thank you Ryan.

Just moved into our house less then 45 days and found a leak behind the fridge. Ryan came recommended by the local plumber who found our leak and within 2 hours of my call, he and his team were at my house surveying. Next morning they were on site cleaning up. Our hard woods looked to be destroyed but because of the fast work of Ryan and his team we believe we will be able to save all if not most of them. Had family in during Labor day and was told that they couldn't even tell we had an issue. I've seen first hand water cleanup and restoration in my business office years ago by one of those big firms you see on TV. I can tell you that Ryan will now be my first and only call if I ever have another issue. There is no comparison between the personalized service Ryan and his team delivery to those big firms.

Exceptional service. Knowledgeable team. Fair prices. I highly recommend Ryan and his team. We had over five feet of water in our basement after a rainstorm and Ryan came immediately to start pumping and dehumidifying our basement. He worked with us over the next week to remove debris, clean and disinfest surfaces, and bring the basement back to its former state. As an added bonus, Ryan helped us with documentation to assist us through the insurance process. Ryan is a great guy with a great attitude, and does what is needed to keep his customers and their insurance company happy.

The sewage pipe at my grandmother's home in Basye broke causing two toilets to overflow leaking sewage all over the basement. It was an overwhelming disaster! I had a lot of issues with the first company I called causing more stress. Ryan and Whitestone Restoration came in, gave me an estimate in a timely manner and got right to work. They cleaned out the entire basement and were able to determine what could/could not be salvaged. It was a huge relief!! If you need emergency service, give Ryan a call. He's professional, knows what he's doing and gets things done! They are doing the renovation of the basement since the flooring, cabinets and some of the walls needed to be replaced from the damage. Ryan is awesome to work with. He was very flexible and is very knowledgeable when it come to water mitigation. I would highly recommend Ryan.

We were under contract and desperate to find someone who could do these fixes ASAP- and after calling a few different companies, who couldn't even get us an estimate for at least a week- Ryan came out THAT afternoon and pretty much started working on our mold remediation. VERY responsive and and excellent company to work with. They had everything done within about 4 days. Wow! Passed inspection and we closed when we were supposed to. THANK YOU RYAN!!

Beltone Hearing Centers recently had a water leak that led to mold reclamation and cleanup in one of our offices. Whitestone Restoration was recommended by the the plumber we called to fix the leak.

Whitestone Project Manager, Ryan Davis, and his crew began cleanup the same day that the leak was found and repaired. They cleaned up, dried everything out with industrial fans & dehumidifiers, followed the source of the leak, treated for mold, replaced flooring, replaced base board & molding, replaced a hot water heater, removed and discarded damaged materials, then came back and cleaned all the remaining carpets. All while being attentive to the needs of our business. They are professional, reliable, courteous, friendly, and fast.

I had a pipe leak in my basement between the walls. Whitestone Restoration did an amazing job fixing the pipe, my wall, and floors. The workers were very helpful and worked around my schedule.

I had a leak in my bathroom and my insurance company didn't cover it so they gave me a 25% discount and took care of everything. They were courteous and on time stopping by daily to make sure that everything was drying out properly when they left everything was clean and ordley I highly recommend this company !
