Aaron did a great job rescuing us from recent storm damage and work of a shabby former roof repair. He is professional, timely, communicates well and is fair in his pricing. Based on our experience I recommend him highly.

It was a pleasant experience to work with Aaron and his team. I had a few of my shingles misplaced with the weather storm and Gusts happened recently. When I contacted him, he was very responsive, reasonable and professional with quote, estimate and work. Our roof shingles blew away with the snow storm last week in Portland, Oregon. We (all the residents in our street) collectively reached out to Aaron for damage assessment and quote estimates. Despite the bad weather , he showed up the very next day after the storm and gave very realistic estimates to each of us and also quickly completed the fixes. Such a nice guy to deal with. Had a leak that found its way into the inside of the house. Aaron was able to quickly identify where the leak was coming from, recommend a solution and made a few other recommendations for preventative maintenance.

Due to a recent discovery of roofing complaints in my neighborhood, I contacted Aaron to look at my roof.What he found is truly evidence of shoddy workmanship. He knew what had to be done and tackled the job immediately. His assistance in pursuing ongoing resolution to problems he found is way beyond what i would normally expect. We had about four meetings with potential contractors lined up for roof work we had been planning and honestly we were anxious about what we were going into . Aaron ressponded to our inquiry within 2 hours and offered to meet with us the same day . We were blown away with his professional, intelligent , non judgmental , option oriented solutions. This guy plans for real . We canceled the meet ups with the 3 other contractors that night . The work he did is solid , he kept continuous contact with us on the work being performed via videos with digestible explanations of what was found ,and the steps toward remediation. The work took about a day . I have never been so excited to pay for some thing like this and look forward to more future projects with Aaron . Truly a good human. Affordable , competent, efficient . I have had to use many contractors and repairmen in the past. Aaron is the best by far he actually cares about his clients and their homes. My new roof went on in one day even with a few surprises along the way. My roof is beautiful!!!!

I used him to repair a leak last year but needed a new roof this year.

He is good people and will not try to take advantage like some would. I will use him for all my repairs and changes in the future.

I recently hired Aaron to fix my roof and I couldn't have been happier. He was the third of 3 bidders and the only one who actually said he could fix it! The job involved cutting siding where the house and garage roof meet, removing and replacing the original flashing installed with the first roof (the house has 2 roof layers), and cutting in new shingles. The first bidder was only going to goop up the seam and hope for the best with no guarantees; the second bidder was going to tear off the entire front of the garage to get at the problem. Aaron was the only one who attacked the problem directly. After working with him, I could see that he is a master craftsman at the top of his trade whereas these other companies employ less skilled workers. How lucky I was to find him! And I love the way he videos what he's doing up there and texts you the videos. He even removed 2 wasp nests from some of the roof vents! Can say enough good things about him and his work. And he's quite reasonably priced as well.

Excellent, emergency service on an office building roof leak. Showed up on time and as promised and completed the work in December. No leaks since and would definitely hire him again.

What great guys! Aaron inspected my roof when I bought my house in 2021. He told me it would need a roof within 2 years. He followed up several times in 2022 but I was trying to get to spring of 2023. Well, it started leaking in the garage I called Aaron and he explained it was a saturation leak at this point and he could tarp it for me.
Well he told me I would need one Lolol
They got it done within a week!! So thankful for Aaron and his guys! They explained everything to me and Aaron was great at texting and follow up. This company is soo great!! They do lots of stuff besides roofs so Aaron will definitely be my go to guy!!

Aaron from Leakchasers did a wonderful job with our roof. Not only did he get the moss off, he fixed a bunch of improperly installed vents. We are so glad our roof is ready for the rain! Plus, he’s an excellent communicator. We really appreciated his videos of what was happening on our roof.

We had sold our home and could not find anyone to do requested repairs on the vent wells on our foundation. So blessed to have found Aaron, he agreed to come on a Saturday which was the worst day of smoke in our area. What a fantastic job he did. He had to go get more supplies because we hadn't counted correctly the number of wells were needed. If you are looking for someone to do work on your home, call Aaron first.
