Gerald was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, Gerald recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely.

His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. Highly efficient & polite crew. I had a crumbling basement and was worried about it alot, but thanks to Leak Proof Masonry & Waterproofing.. they attended my property and thoroughly examined and worked on it. They were pretty fast and no fuss and knew what they were doing. Have already recommend them to my neighbour and they have hired them aswell. Keep up the good work guys
