We had a terrible experience with LeafFilter. The salesperson did not fill out the contract correctly and stated the wrong building in it. They also did not write any amount of footage that would be applied on the gutters. We didn't realize that would be vital information on installation day because they rang the door bell and asked for $900 more dollars, stating they only brought enough for one side of the shed. That is when we noticed that the salesman wrote "house" on the contact and the installation team had no clue where they were actually installing. The did not honor the actual contract bid and demanded the extra $900. This company is dishonest and preys on elderly people.

Gave my number for a free estimate and was told “we hate spam calls as much as you do so our name will be on the caller ID.” They sure put their caller ID on a number-about 8 different numbers. They call me 3 times a day with a different phone number each time so you can’t just block the calls and leave voicemails, called at 9am on a Sunday even. Called the “do not call” number and wasn’t even given an option except for “press any number to receive a $100 reward.” Try calling the number on the website and get put on hold for 45 minutes.

When I call and want an estimate I am NOT looking to play negotiation games. You don't come to my house and tell me this will cost $10,000 and then about all the discounts I might get to get me down to $6,500. Then you might call your boss and see if we can get lower, if I commit today. NO, I want the cost to replace my gutters. I loathe when people try to see if someone will pay a higher cost and not negotiate. Guess what you negotiated your self out of my business. This interaction took well over an hour. Other businesses who came were there for maybe 20 minutes to get measurements.

Had an estimate for gutter install and leaf filter install. A lady came and gave an estimate and said it was only good for today. My wife called me before signing any contracts and I reminded her that we were told at the home show that the estimate was good for the year. After that the price which was substantial was cut from 4800 to 2500. Not doing business with them due to the dishonesty we saw today. Sioux City resident

I am a local contractor who just recent used them. They are great people and provide very efficient service with exceptional communication throughout the process. Will definitely use them in the future!

they came out and put the leaf filters in just a few hours and have not seen any leaf build up as promised. it's very new still and will wait until the spring with all of the neighbors seedlings start flying around.

This company stopped by my grandmothers house and tried to pressure her into signing a work order for 8,000 dollars. She was told her gutters would be repaired and guards added. I just replaced the gutters on a similar sized home with guards for 2,200 dollars. The company is clearly trying to take advantage of the elderly.

Sales pitch is too long. Very much a pressure sell and they jack up the initial price. The final price was about a third of the initial price
Product is very good
Installation leaves a lot to be desired. They didn't show up when scheduled three times. Clean up was not thorough. There were bits and pieces on the ground and driveway they didn't pick up.
