Tim and Jake did an excellent job remodeling a kitchen and a couple bathrooms, plus painting, installing light fixtures and adding a deck. They are great to work and collaborate with. Parts of my project had to be changed and added onto and they dealt with it in stride. I highly recommend!

Lawrence Remodeling was an exceptional repair & remodeling company. My interaction with other repair companies has often been disappointing. My first surprise was when I called and Tim answered the phone not a recording. He came and gave us a bid at the time we set to meet. He offered helpful suggests & placed order for materials. When he received material, he called & set up time to start the remodel. Tim and Jake showed up at the appointed time & stayed with the project until it was complete. Tim & Jake's workmanship was exceptional. They were professional, courteous, careful to control any mess as well as cleaning up the work area when they were finished. I would recommend Lawrence Remodeling to family, friends & anyone else. The finished project is beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

Tim and his crew were fantastic, on schedule and on budget. They removed a wall, closed off a doorway, removed tile in a couple of rooms, installed new flooring in the entire house and painted the interior. I couldn't ask for better work.

Very pleased with the workmanship that Tim and his team did on fixing our chimney and replacing the plywood and house wrap, putting on new trim and siding and painting it.
