New roof installed about 2 yrs ago. Started leaking after about 6 months. Poor quality materials and/or craftsmanship. Leak by lead vent pipes and chimney flashing. After many calls and weeks. Larry shows up with no ladder and says he looked at the work and it's fine. He doesn't stand by his work, after being paid. I called another roofing company to come out and fix the mistakes which ended up costing me a couple thousand. Go with a reputable company. Surprised as he's been around since 88. It might be a staffing issue or maybe he doesn't care in quality of work anymore.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND their superior quality of work. VERY EXPERIENCED Owner & Crew. New roof, complete tear off and replacement. They know the proper procedures for installation of many types of roofs.
About a year ago we had a 2nd layer of shingles installed with them. I thought at the time he was a nice guy. 6 months later my roof started leaking. After many calls and months later, he came to try to fix it. It didn’t work. My roof is now leaking in about 10 different spots. I am beyond disappointed. Imagine paying for a new roof only to have a leaky roof a year later. I do not recommend as I listen to the water droplets all over my living room floor while the snow melts.
