Reached out to Steve for a full replacement of our flat roof. He was very responsive and respectful in answering any questions about the job. So far the work looks well done, and we haven't had any more leaking through the recent rain. They also fixed our drainage which is functioning much better than it was before.

He was easier to talk to and get a hold of than the other contractor we reached out to for a second opinion. While communication wasn't flawless, he was quick to correct it. The materials for the job shipped a day early on our driveway without notice (we didn't have much room to store them). When I reached out to Steve about this, he was there with his team within an hour, moved the materials to our backyard, and apologized for the miscommunication by giving a small discount!

Additionally, we had a dispute with our neighbor about water damage. Steve was willing to work with us to help our case and talk to our neighbor about the work that was needed on his property. He spent the time to mitigate the situation and give us his professional opinion on the matter. There are not many contractors that seem trustworthy these days, but Steve was very professional, responsive, and reliable when issues came up during the work. If anything else major is needed on our property, we will absolutely be reaching out to Fleming Contracting again!

2023 1st Project of many to make my home safe and structurally sound: The garage door lintel had detached from the bricks over time. Reached out for quotes and came across Steve of Fleming Contracting.
Steve provided a quote that was within range of all the rest. It was the time he took to explain the details of the job, listen to me, and explain and address all of my concerns.
He provided the estimated time frame for job completion, about a week. He amd his team took care of the job within the time frame and checked in with me regularly via phone, text, and in person to provide updates.
When the team was finished it looked like new! Plus the crew cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn't even have known they were there!!

Steve and his team did a full designer kitchen and adjacent powder room gut/renovation in our old (+100 yrs) home in the city. I spoke with Steve a few times before we initiated the project, and he was able to put together timelines and details, and show me his other ongoing projects in person. Steve and his team were fantastic; communicative, paid attention to detail, and were willing to work with us on making changes when we uncovered unexpected issues behind the walls and under the floors. 11/10 will use Steve and his team again for our future needs (@Steve... that guest bathroom is looking out of date now...).

Steve and his team redid our outside stairs. They were easy to work with and had good communication about our upcoming project. They arrived on time and completed the project in 2 days. They cleaned up the worksite and had us check them out before leaving. They did a great job and I will use in the future for other projects.

Fleming Contracting recently resealed and patched my driveway and also did some cement work. The workers were professional and friendly, explaining the options, quoting the prices, doing the actual jobs and cleaning up. I am very satisfied with the work that they did and how they handled everything.

Fleming contracting took on a large complicated insurance job that larger companies passed on due to its difficulty, site access, and uncertainty then over-delivered on every aspect of the job. The bamboo remediation job required mastery over every aspect of construction: demolition, equipment staging, excavation, materials selection, materials management, vendor management, finance management, working with invasive plant consultants, footer and foundation design, decking construction, and specific bamboo remediation techniques recognized as trade specialties. His companies conduct was kind, courteous, accurate, and complete - his company's work ethic is just amazing.
