When family owned companies are mentioned, Last Call Exteriors is the example I think of. A little over a year ago, I met Oscar at the Dulles Convention Center for a home improvement convention (I was looking for a swim spa). Shortly after, he arrived at my house and helped my wife and I design a stained glass window and select new basement windows (made by ProVia - the absolute top company for windows and doors).
A year later, I contacted Last Call Exteriors and got to meet Renzo (one of Oscar’s sons) who helped us design a front door to match our window. We also had an exterior French door installed to replace our old, sliding doors.

The work is of excellent quality, and the products they use are the best on the market.

They inspected the property and were able to complete the job in one day, leaving barely any debris in the yard afterward. Renzo and Oscar came by quickly because I had an emergency leak in my master bedroom. They assessed the issue and completed a roof tune up. The whole process only took a couple of days and I was very satisfied with their work. They are a father-son duo that will take care of you very well. You can tell they care about their reputation!

Awesome job done by the Father Son duo recently on older home needing attention after a wet winter - all was taken care of as promised on time working around summer storms and we were kept in the loop on everything up to the minute as far as materials gathered the week of and anything needing attention on the day of job while work was being done as well. Two months ago, due to a rainstorm, parts of my house' siding flown off, and exposed the wall to the element. I immediately called Last Call Exteriors. The responded quickly and they came right away to install a tarping.

I needed a repair job done to both of my attic vents and the owner was very professional and responsive to all of my questions. I will 100% go to them in the future when I need any roof repairs done.

On very short notice during an active deck installation, Oscar and Renzo were able to schedule and complete essential siding repairs that allowed the deck project to be completed in an outstanding fashion overall. They have the professional know-how, the connections with the manufacturers of siding to color/model match, and the experienced in-house team to get the job done. A job well-done requires 1) top quality product and 2) a top notch installation crew. I received both from Last Call Exteriors. You are getting a manufacturer’s warranty and a labor warranty from Last Call. With Last Call, you are getting a very experienced crew (Elvis was the crew chief) where each craftsman worked for Last Call for a long time. The same crew came out every day. My roof was replaced with American Harvest shingles and my siding was replaced with Mastic/Royal Insulated siding. Gutters were replaced and upgraded. In addition, the owner, Oscar, was very responsive from the earliest days in answering all questions, through the job period, and to after the job — I just had him here, five months after work completion, to answer a couple of questions. I know that if I have a question a few years from now, Oscar will be responsive. Today, Oscar operates his business with the same customer ethic I grew up with in a small family business. I interviewed six companies before I made the decision to use Last Call.
