My daughter and son in law live in Sioux Falls, I live in MN. Their house in Sioux Falls, had a roof with a rubber bladder covered with river rock. It has been leaking here and there for 2 years, and my son in law would stop a leak and another would show up. They spoke with many roofing companies, and none would deal with there rock roof. I went on line and filled out some information and I got a call within minutes from Adam Larson.
He was willing to look at roof but stated they were not equipped to handle that sort of roof, but would figure out something. I decided after getting tips from Adam, to save the kids some money and do it myself, I have done some roofs and with the help of Utube I gave it a try. We got the rock shoveled off but I soon realized there was no way I wanted to attempt putting shigles around chimney and all the vents and had little time left to deal with my time frame. I was freaked out, it was already 4:45 on Friday and I needed to contact a professional. I called Adam hoping he would pick up the phone, he did on the first ring. He said he would be out of town but would look at the roof on Monday. Monday came, he looked at the roof, gave me an estimate, the estimate was supper fare. so I said do it. the very next day they got there at 7:15AM and by 12:00 noon the kids had a new roof. They replaced a few boards and did an excellent jobon the rest of the roof very professional. My son in law is an Army vet, did 3 tours and has a bit of PTSD, it's hard for him to ask anyone for help, Larson Brothers Roofing really stepped up to the plate. If you need a roof, get it done right, call Larso Brothers, you will be glad you did
Contacted for an estimate on a roofing repair. Told me they would let me know the following day when they could get to it. No word from them that day. Contacted them again asking when works for them and they told me Monday. Monday came and went with no one showing up. Contacted them again to see when we could expect them and was told they'd "get to it". At that point I stopped contacting them because if I have to chase you down to do what you said you would do, that's a bad sign.
Called for a roof replacement quote, they came in $1000-1500 lower than other quotes. Quoted 2 -3 weeks out. Called 2 weeks later and replaced the roof and gutters I was working at home barely knew they were here. Cleaned up area and it looked like it did before they showed. Would definitely use and recommend anytime.
