We highly recommend this company. They are extremely honest, do beautiful work, and are easy to deal with. They are a very busy company and it might take a few calls until you get called back, but don’t let that deter you - they are more than worth the wait! We were going to replace a double dining room window due to air leak. One company quoted a very high amount to replace it, but when Dayson looked at it, he told us that the window was in good shape and didn’t need replaced - it just needed new weather stripping. He replaced the stripping for us and the window no longer leaks. What honesty! His honesty allowed me to get a much needed new kitchen window and new windows in our family room.

Dayson showed up on time and is always very professional. He installed all new windows in our prior house and we used him for a replacement in the current house. If you want great quality and everything done right the first time Larry Schafer and Grandson is the place to go.

Dayson and his crew installed windows, fixed a storm door and hung new shutters for me. They had installed a bay window for me 10 years ago and it's still as good as new. They only install quality products and the workmanship is wonderful! They were on time, didn't waste time, and were extremely polite. They didn't leave a mess and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company.

Had 3 exterior doors installed and Dayson and his crew did an amazing job. Very professional, from ordering the doors through to the clean up after install. Covid19 caused the door manufacturer a huge delay on our custom built doors, but not LS&Gs fault, Dayson was in contact with us for updates throughout the manufacturer delay. There was a small issue with one of the doors a week after install and they came out the next day and fixed it 100% no problem! Also you can not beat their prices they were a THIRD of what Thompson creek wanted us to pay. Support local business, support family business, use LS&G.

While highly recommend, I found communication to be horrible at best. While the crew did great work on my windows, it took too many phone calls, emails and texts to get the work started. Then we decided to proceed with the replacement of the front door (because we liked the guys doing the work) and again I found myself begging for communication. I approved the quote early August and saw Dayson measuring my door days later. After following up several times to figure out when install would happen, I was left with only text messages of excuses for the delay yet still no timeline. October came and still no communication so I called the manufacturer of the door only to confirm IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. Again with excuses, like "I checked in on my orders as a whole not yours specifically". Needless to say this is not the way to run a business or treat your customers. Very disappointing!

I wanted to replace my 23 year old builder installed French doors to the patio with a good quality sliding glass door. I got 4 estimates and though Dayson Shafer was not the cheapest price (he was in the middle), I had more confidence they would install it right. Wow, am I glad I went with them. When I was getting estimates, some of the estimators made a big deal of the difference in size between the French doors and the standard slider, like it was going to be a difficult installation, but not Dayson. He was like we do this all the time. The quality of the door he offered was very good. The time between signing the contract and installation was 6 weeks, and the installation took about 4 hours. Chris did most of the installation, Dayson assisted for about an hour. The door was installed just like Dayson had told me, with proper flashing, sealing, and framing. They do so well they make it look easy, but none of the builder installed doors in my house are done correctly so it must not be. Chris cleaned up completely before he left and the door looks great. This is a customer focused group of folks. When Chris was finishing up, I asked about the foot lock I wanted. He said one did not come with the door, but he had one in his truck and then installed it for me. No questions, no hesitation, just first class service. Highly recommended!

Had a 5 star experience. Three big projects - new roof, all windows & all doors. Dayson was great to work with. Takes a lot of pride in his work. His crew was wonderful to work with -true craftsmen with attention to detail. Clean up was exceptional. Would highly recommend LS & G. Their prices can't be beat without sacrificing quality.

Dayson Schaefer and his crew did a superlative job in replacing my windows and back door at my home. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and did excellent work. They came when they said they would and finished the job without any delays. Dayson even fixed my front door which was not closing properly just because he is a really nice guy! The quality of the workmanship is first rate, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Although I received several estimates for window replacement, I felt very sure of LS and G due to the references I obtained and the genuine discussions I had with Dayson regarding my home and job to be done. I had all the windows in my home replaced. It was THE BEST decision I ever made!! The respectful, professional workers made the project easy to deal with and their work was exceptional. Dayson even went further to paint the trim for me to match.They were so careful with my property, and their cleanup was meticulous. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs window replacement.
