The company gave me a better price than a competitor, sent extra workers because the weather was expected to be stormy so they could finish more quickly. Replaced bad wood and covered the framing on all my front windows with aluminum. Workers were efficient and courteous, as was the office personnel. I hope to use them again for some more work

I had Andrew replace both my house and 2600 square foot garage roofs. Multiple peaks and roof lines. Quality work. Andrew worked well with me in making sure the type of shingle met my preference. His crew did an amazing job, both completely removing the old surfaces and clearly pointing out necessary sheathing replacements that were necessary as they proceeded with their work. They were very thorough in the demo of the old material and subsequent cleanup. It was obvious while watching the crew work that they were well experienced and had their "rhythm" going for them.

3Z roofing was one of three quotes I received for my roofing project. Not only were they priced where I wanted to be they were very responsive and communicative. The latter of the made me choose them (over the other guys with similar pricing). They came 2 weeks later to tear off the old and install the new roof and gutters. The work they did looks great, I have no regrets! Working with them was seamless and professional.

A tree fell on my house and I needed to repair a portion of my roof. I called many companies. Nearly all wanted to replace my whole roof and did not want to take on a smaller job. My roof was only 5 years old and did not need to be replaced. 3Z was recommended by my contractor. They were fast, very reasonable and honest. They identified damaged areas that could not be seen upon the initial insurance inspection. I recommend them highly.

We needed a full roof replacement and are so glad we found Andrew through The Villager at the last minute. One of the companies we had scheduled rescheduled unexpectedly, so we reached out to Andrew on 4/24, and he was able to come out and provide an estimate that same day. After hearing sales pitches from two other companies, we especially appreciated Andrew’s honesty, transparency, professionalism, and hands-on involvement as the business owner.

On 4/25, we received two detailed estimates featuring different brands of roofing. Each estimate outlined every step of the process and included all required materials. The pricing was reasonable and fair. We made our decision on 4/28, and Andrew was able to schedule the work for 5/1.

On the day of installation, the crew arrived around 7 a.m., covered the house with tarps, and removed the old roofing in under two hours. Although the materials arrived a bit later than expected, the entire job was completed before 3 p.m. The crew was highly professional and did an impressive job. Andrew was on-site throughout the installation to ensure everything proceeded according to plan.

Andrew did everything on time and in time. Communication with him was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process. Overall, the experience was seamless, efficient, and very well-managed. We are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the service provided.

The choice to use 3Z Roofing was an easy decision for me to make. Everyone was amicable, details of the work and materials were well explained ahead of time as was my request for peripheral work, which was granted. The job was done when promised, using high quality shingles, underlayments, and nails; questionable plywood panels were replaced, and clean-up afterwards was done thoroughly. The best part was that the cost was significantly lower than other bidders.

Andrew was out to look at my roof, provided photos and what needed to be done same day. Within a few days they were out working on my roof and had it fixed in one afternoon. They were prompt and clean and my roof is as good as new!

Andrew and his team did our roof, gutters and skylights 2 years ago. They were thorough and quick. So impressed we had them back to do Siding , Windows and Doors. They went above and beyond without extra charge/hassle, spray painting all the fixtures on our roof black so they match the new roof tiles and building an impromptu “cricket” for our chimney (to avoid damage from rain water), which should have been done by our original roofers. When the net out of pocket cost to me came in a little higher than anticipated, Andrew worked with me to get it into my budget - without any haggling!

The work performed went smoothly (his team was on time and finished on schedule) without any major issues. When there was a minor issue (a window screen was damaged during the process), Andrew came and fixed it promptly without any questions. He also gave me some free paint for my chimney stack.

I was referred to 3Z Roofing by a neighbor who spoke highly of his experience with them. I requested a roofing inspection after my insurance company's provider seemed to have done an inadequate job. Andrew was super responsive, thorough and fair in his assessment of the roof that had been installed. He took the time to explain to me the issues he saw and also why they were an issue. When I requested a write-up, he was extremely thorough and detailed the exact codes each issue corresponded to and provided photographic evidence to back each point up. He is open about their pricing and where your money is spent. Moreso than anything Andrew was honest and responsive through everything. Any issues with work well after he had been paid he has shown up and corrected. Any large project is bound to have some hiccups along the way, but Andrew's responsiveness and honesty helped alleviate all issues and headaches. Don't be fooled by cheaper quotes. I showed 3z other quotes that were much cheaper and turned out they were using cheaper quality materials which 3z was happy to use if requested. Money well spent and will continue to use for future projects

2024: Google won't allow another review. I attempted to give five more stars. Having a remodel done with some unfortunate water damage. When Andrew and 3z found out they showed up to my house within an hour and had a full crew out there very quickly to inspect their work and windows well after the installs had been done. They were zero at fault and their work was flawless. Not the issue at all, but the fact he went to great lengths to ensure the quality of his work speaks a lot about his company and character. 5/5.

I received a phone call from Andrew, the business owner, and we quickly set up a onsite visit to provide an estimate. Right off the bat I could tell that I was interested in doing business with Andrew. He was professional, yet very easy going and personable. After checking out the situation I received a job quote and we discussed the numbers. I liked the work that 3Z Roofing did on our garage shingles so much that we brought the team back to install seamless gutters on the front and back of the garage complete with downspouts.
