I highly recommend Honaker Roofing. I worked with them on a roofing project at our church last year. They did amazing work for us at the church so I called them for our house. We had our roof, gutters, downs and facia metal replaced. Tim's price was very competitive. He is very transparent on what needs done to do the job right. Everything was done effectively and efficiently. So from start to finish, calling and scheduling with the office to the clean up. Honaker Roofing LLC replaced my roof when I moved into my townhouse. I decided to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl and metal roof with a shingle roof. Honaker Roofing was the only company to follow up and follow through with an estimate. Tim takes the time to listen to your needs and offers solutions. During the job, he is very informative and transparent. He keeps you updated and offers suggestions. His crew is fast, friendly, and efficient. The roof and two new skylights were completed in a half a day. The siding, two new windows, new roof on a bump out, and gutters were completed in 4 days. Clean up was amazing! I had a bedroom window that was leaking during heavy rain. Tim as able to diagnosis the issue and repair it for a reasonable cost and time.

I needed a roof inspection due to incomplete work completed by another contractor. Tim came out right away and reviewed my contract and went up on my roof and into my attic and informed me of what had and had not been completed according to my contract. I was able to go back to my original contractor with an assessment, complete with video to resolve the discrepancies. Tim was thorough, concise and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. My future plans call for new siding on my house and I will be contacting Tim to have this process completed. I highly recommend Honaker Roofing!

I called for a quote and Tim was out with an estimate the next day and the work was completed later that week. Everyone was extremely professional and the work is top notch. Mid-May, Tim and his full crew gave our old house the new roof it deserved! I may be a bit late on writing this review but every day when I drive up our street, I love when our roof pops out of the trees and I get to see this 'necessary' but hard to enjoy renovation to our house!

We bought this house back in Sept 2021 and knew that a roof was the 1st project on our list! We saw his crew working on our neighbors roof and wanted to work with a Baltimore Local! Tim was so easy to work with, professional but still kind and personable! We live on a 1-way street and I was a bit nervous about blocking the road for an hour while they loaded the shingles with a crane, but Tim and his crew took care of everything, directed traffic, worked with our neighbors, and got it done so efficiently! I breath a sign of relief every time it rains now!

The new roof really brightened up our house and I look forward to so many more renovations to come! I will be calling Tim in a couple of years to help with our siding when the time comes for that reno!

Honaker beat everyone's pricing and guarantees, and provided additional work, like a ridge vent that no one else had in their estimates. They setup a day with us and arrived on time. I met with Tim Honaker the day after my roof started leaking. He arrived on time, was very professional and personable.
He offered to temporarily seal the cracked boot around the vent pipe as we were expecting more rain.
The temporary fix worked great after we had another downpour and no leaks.
