- Roofer accepted job and got really huffy when I asked if he was insured. Very rude.
- They used 15 year caulk... This mistake will cost us in about 10 years.
- I don't think they warranty their work either. Other roofers warranty their work for a period of time.

We just got our roof replaced and i was very pleased with the workers professionalism. They let us know when they were coming and going, always cleaned up each day, and were respectful of the property - kids and pets too. They also always had several people checking for nails on the ground repetitively and cleaning up debris. They also warned myself and my kids to watch for nails while outside when they were working. Overall I would recommend them & am pleased with the work they did. Thanks!

This was right in the same text trying to confirm price and insurance. Very rude
Just typed "good bye" and cut all contact. Would you trust somebody who would lose it just because you asked him if he was bonded and insured? Left me with a very bad feeling about the business. And this was from the owner.
I asked the man one question. I asked him if he was bonded because I had forgotten to ask him. I don't think it was an inappropriate question and it was only the one question before he decided not to deal with me anymore. I can't believe anybody can be that temperamental. Trust me I'm not the villain in this scenario. He was an older and I seriously worried what would happen if he fell off the roof. I know my balance isn't as good as it used to be. And he did not come highly recommended, I just knew this friend of mine had used him and that he would do a patch if possible.
And he were sorry that I got upset he wouldn't have answered that question with an abrupt and rude goodbye. It would have been yes or no and that would have answered my question. I think he's just upset that I follow through and gave him a bad review on his treatment of people. Of course he's going to be polite to somebody that's hiring him for a whole proof instead of just a patch.
They were amazing and responsive. I have heard of nightmares dealing with roofing issues but these guys made it painless.
