Laramie peak motors exceeded my expectations. From 400 miles north the emails and texts started, I drove down there a few days later fully aware of all the details, I test drove the truck, took care of the financing including the transporting of it back to Montana, and I was back home in time for dinner. Everyone there were so nice and friendly, they treat you like a friend not a customer. If I need another rig I'll be checking there first, and I'm already telling my friends and family about Laramie peak motors, thank you to everyone especially Shannon.

Very polite and professional. They did not want to do anything to our car that was not necessary. Did not have to wait long. Very happy, very good experience.

As I told Charley, the Sales Manager, we are very satisfied with how Laramie Peak Motors treated us. Charley came in on the 4th of July, and we test drove several vehicles we were interested in and found the one we wanted. Their company's slogan does stand up.

Had issues with transmission on my 2021 ford Explorer. Shawn was very professional. He ran a diagnostic on transmission and took care of a recall.

This is where you go if you want to be treated with nothing but respect! The whole team was so friendly and professional. They made me feel like a priority and answered every single question I had. I am obsessed with my new truck and will never shop for vehicles anywhere else! Worth the hour and a half drive by far!

Customer service was excellent! Super friendly, washed and vacuumed the car. Even gave us a ride into town while we waited. I would highly recommend!

I took my car in to have the tires balanced as I had noticed a slight vibration. I got a call saying I needed to purchase 4 new tires because one of mine was “wavy”. I had just purchased new tires for my car (over $900 value) a year ago in March. My vehicle has always been serviced at Laramie Peak and myself along with my family have been repeat customers for over 20 years. Just a month prior when I had taken my vehicle in for an oil change, they informed me that everything looked great and that my tires were still in great shape. Stated that they had been rotated and inspected. When I received the call yesterday that I needed new tires I asked why this wasn’t addressed when I had my vehicle in the shop to be inspected. I have trusted Laramie Peak motors for all of my vehicle maintenance. I was told that the technician did not even look at my tires, they were not rotated and that this could have been caught and taken care of appropriately had their employee done their duties. I was offered half off a new set of tires (still costing me another $500). This was manufacture error (the cords inside the tire were broken) I was told that the tires “looked great and still had good life in them” that one was simply falling apart. This also is an error on the dealership themselves for not properly inspecting the vehicle as they are supposed to and had told me they did. Even though I was offered the tires at a discounted rate, I don’t feel that this was adequate compensation for negligence on the technicians part and also the hazard that this could have caused me. I am a full time nursing student and I have to drive often, this could have resulted in a poor outcome.

DON'T BUY HERE! I am not a complainer and don't really write reviews. But in this case it is worth WARNING you to not do business with Laramie Peak Motors in Wyoming,
I would give them a negative score if Google would allow it. They practice terrible business ethics under the new General Manager Jay. My story: I had a signed contract to purchase a vehicle from Laramie Peak Motors and drove 3 hours from Denver to make the purchase. When we arrived Jay, (NEW General Manager) would not sell me the car. No reason cited. He just changed his mind. I spent over 6 hours driving to talk to an incompetent person let alone a manager.
We have reported him to the Wyoming Dealer Board for breach of contract and unethical business practices. Wyoming Dealer Board reviewed our signed contract and determined we had a valid contract. They are sending an investigator to look into Laramie's unethical and dishonest business.
DONT BUY HERE. More updates later as the State of Wyoming investigates these crooks.

My husband and I had a great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with us when we decided to change gears on the type of car that would suite us best. I would recommend to anyone to purchase from Laramie Peak and would definitely return to purchase another vehicle.

Everything I needed repaired was completed quickly and correctly. I took my pickup in, was given a ride to work and the pickup was delivered to me! Great service.

Service personnel were very friendly and checked me in and out quickly. Was not pleased that it took over an hour and a half just to get a simple oil change. I could not handle another minute listening to 1970-80s soft-rock gold in the waiting room. Technician forgot to reset the maintenance calculator after oil change. Not a huge deal as it’s easy to do. Price for an oil change was fair and reasonable.

Ours was an unusual experience in that we were literally stranded in Wheatland with our new EV car, almost completely drained of charge, and no reliable charging stations available anywhere. We happened upon Laramie Peak Motors which had, for their own use, a single EV charger, which they ever so graciously permitted us to use so we could get home, some 200 miles away. It required several hours of charging time! Charlie and his team sympathized with our plight and made us feel so very welcome. They offered to drive us to get food, etc. and they did what they could to make us comfortable. Thank you all so much for your hospitality. They were able to get me in on a Saturday for an oil change without having to make an appointment weeks in advanced. Definitely was a life saver. I was in and out, they even washed and vacuumed out my car. Overall great experience.

Staff here is great! Friendly and quick service. They always offer me a ride, and on my recent visit, they offered to deliver my truck when service was completed! (I have 2 young kids and planned on walking to pick up, so I REALLY appreciated this!) The truck was clean and all service was completed as described! Thanks Laramie Peak!

My experience with Laramie Peak Motors was great. My first impression was with Sean. He listened while I told him what was happening to my truck. He called me when they were done diagnosing my truck and explained everything that was going on. He even delivered my truck back to me and it had been washed!! I would definitely recommend Laramie Peak Motors and Sean!!
I would suggest adding Ford somewhere in the name, I tried to google Ford and it wanted to send me to CA, luckily, I asked a local where a good mechanic would be and he said try the Ford dealership and told me the name. I would hate to guess how many people going through your small town missed the opportunity to stop at your business!!

Broke down in our Nissan and the staff were so helpful, they diagnosed the car as much as possible. When we figured out it was going to have to be towed, Cass did everything in her power to help us, she towed our car all the way to Golden, CO and gave us a rental to continue our weekend ! Amazing service and amazing staff, Great job.

I’m from outta town and I blew a radiator hose on my truck and they got it fixed right away. One of their service tech ended up damaging my fender but Eric made it right and got it fixed for me. 100% would recommend coming here good people and great customer service.

Bought a used vehicle. It had a check engine light come on and my extended warranty that I purchased didn't have me in the system yet. I live bear casper so I had taken it there for svc and Laramie Peak motors paid my detectable.

Always have had great service here. Cleaned my vehicle in and out when they were fixing up a recall I had. Kept me up to date on when my vehicle was to be done and always seems to care about my experience. They have also delivered my vehicle back to my house for free, and that is such a nice convenience for me! Thank you

Was told the vehicle checked out great which the paperwork says different than I was told it was going to be a phone call when it was done but just an oil change never received a phone call not the first time, not very pleased with Laramie Peak motor service department

FORD dealer in Cheyenne isn't professional!!
Be informed here at Laramie Peak Motors they treated us and our two dogs like Royalty. The recall on our EV was done in twenty minutes tops. That's seriously professional. Ford Motor Company should place Ultra Charging stations at all dealerships all over the United States of North America! Something to think about....

Update: I talked with Eric and he pulled the maintenance record. He found a miscommunication between the tech and the advisor, which resulted in the inferior part being recommended and overcharge in labor. They were able to refund me the overcharged labor. He committed to reviewing communication techniques between the technicians and advisors to prevent this from happening in the future.

Broke down and was towed in. Shop quoted an exorbitant price for a sub-par part from a local auto parts store. I asked why they weren’t using the higher quality part I would expect of a dealer. Turns out they had the higher quality part in stock and the specialized tools. Price was lower but still 10x for the same service that had been performed a few years prior at a different shop. I shouldn’t be having to know more about fixing my vehicle than the dealer.

I appreciate your guys taking the time to come out and help replace my power steering pump. Special shout out to the mobile service team, going above and beyond to get me mobile again.

I had a recall issue that needed to be addressed and They in fact put a new motor and turbo in my vehicle last fall. I got the vehicle back and drove it for several thousand miles and there were some complications with some of the installation and we had oil getting into the cylinders. Being that I live in Cheyenne I tried to go to the Local Ford dealer here and that was a huge mistake. They were trying to charge me for some of these issues that occurred during the work of the ford dealership recall work which should have been under warranty.

I dealt closely with Shawn and he was giving me part numbers and walking me through what to communicate with the local dealership. Of course when it was all said and done I just took it to Laramie peak and I got the necessary repair work done without incident . It was in fact covered under warranty other than 150 dollars for a part they had to replace. Ford dealership in cheyenne would of cost me over 1000 dollars.

Got my oil changed, and the typical check ups that go along with it, to include a wah and cleaning. The service crew is wonderful! They provided a ride to work, with a smile, and delivered my vehicle when it was done, also with a smile.

Had transmission issues 800 miles from home. These folks went over the top in getting us back on the road, in a short period of time.

We live in the Denver area and ordered our Ford Ranger Raptor from Laramie Peak Motors. We had previously tried to get our truck locally with the local dealers wanting $15000.00 over invoice to place the order. Thank you Laramie Peak for being honest and courteous so we could get our truck.

Laramie Peak Motors is always awesome. Shawn my service advisor arranges everything from having my car picked up at home and having it repaired. Phil does a great job of locating all the part's for the repair. Jack does a great job servicing my vehicle.

First. Customer service is a big issue for me. LPM doesn’t disappoint. From booking an appointment to giving me a ride home while my truck is being serviced, very friendly and courteous folks. Work on the truck was done in a timely fashion. I have no worries the work was done right.
