Called to order some trim for a garage, was told they would be closed for delivery the day I placed ordered. told them it was fine as long as I can get it the next day so I could beat the heat. woke up very early and seen they had delivered. their customer service exceeds what I would expect.

Loved the Worland store! The staff is super helpful and friendly. And the associate Mikaylynn was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products!! Definitely coming back to her for all my home reno projects

We called ahead to find out if a certain type of paint was carried at the store and were told it was. After driving 40 minutes to get to the store we were told the store didn’t actually carry it. Staff did not apologize and was unhelpful.

EDIT: management called to resolve the issue after this review and was determined to make things right. Props for accountability and customer service!

The most important thing is customer service and this place has it.
I have been here 3 times now and all 3 times I have gotten what I asked for and the customer service has been great.
There prices maybe a bit higher than others. But you can't beet great customer service.

It's ok, high prices compared to the city but I guess it's here. Lumber they get from Idaho Forest is of poor quality, #1BTR is actually #2 or utility
