I called and reserved a rental, drove an hour one way from Greybull for them to tell me I couldn’t use it for the application I needed it for. I even said on the phone when requesting what I was using it and they said nothing. Unprofessional and a serious waste of my time and gas money. Get better people answering your phones.

Incredible store I've been to most of the Ace hardware stores in the state and this is by far the best

I really enjoyed Kennedy Hardware Inc. My parents and I went there a couple days ago while we were in Worland, Wyoming to get a few magnets to attach some banners to our car that recognised my farther for all of the wonderful things he has done in his life.

They are well stocked and the staff are always helpful and pleasant. Unless... you get the new kid. Love the bolt bin.

If you need it, chances are, they have it. Super nice people and they're always very helpful every time I go there.

Literally have everything you need for whatever chore you choose.. they had absolutely everything on my list... of course my list wouldn't have been so entailed if I'd stop breaking stuff.. yes I did leave some stuff at the store for the rest of y'all

I've always liked shipping at Ace, they had decent prices and helpful employees. The new building makes it even better. Their inventory has gone through the roof and everything still send to be high quality. I honestly don't think I've had a bad experience at Ace.

Everything we go there they are always very helpful and make sure customers are finding everything that they need. Ace also has a great rewards plan than saves us a lot of money when we need to make a new purchase. Ace really is the helpful place.
