We needed to expedite a new roof through our homeowners insurance in order to complete the sale of our house. Ted was great at helping us through the process and getting the roof done in time for closing. Appreciated that he was always available to answer a question. Crew on site was also professional and kept the site clean which doesn’t always happen with other crews.

Had a hail storm in my neighborhood and called Ace Roofing. Ted Wells showed up that same day and took a look at my roof. After he worked with me to get a claim submitted to insurance, we are on our way to having a new roof. Ted and the Ace team were extremely easy to work with and are ready to work.

Ace did a great job on our repair. The came out to inspect/estimate, prepared a clear scope and fair price, professional paperwork, and execution of the work. They replaced ridge vent closure foam on a 10:12 pitch metal roof 2 stories up. The high angled crew of 4 was very skilled, took their time to do it right, cleaned up afterwards.

I got 3 estimates from different companies and the main reasons I picked Ace was:
1. Pointed out things about my roof that the other companies didn't mention.
2. Ted was such a nice guy and felt trustworthy. Easy to work with.
3. Helped me with picking out the right roof for my house (and right color tile)
4. When we searched online- Ace had the most and best reviews.
5. Price was comparable with the others (maybe just slightly higher but I felt worth it based on the other reasons.

No regrets on choosing them- They got it done so quickly. Just a couple weeks after I signed the contract they got started and it only took 2 full days for my house and my neighbors! Very thorough and cleaned up everything afterward! Definitely check out Ace if you are looking for a new roof.

Showed up late for every appointment, including install. Leaks first rain and never had issues previous decades. Told the house magically settled. Lied too several times from managers also even though we all expect sales people to be that way. Come to find out loop holes in the fake warranty, they don’t make materials and don’t cover any issues is what the fine print really means. Lastly the actual cost of the project is 20% of what your contract is… think about that before signing and you don’t get a true warranty as promised. Go to Roofr.com get your free house measurements and select material costs with it. Try to not be shocked, wait on top of that the installation crews install for no more than $150 a square all in (re-deck, material removal and dumpster cost)
many times they work for less and waste factor isn’t part of installs pay sheet. Regret is an understatement and wish I could undo over paying for every part of the project, while falling short of warranty coverage expectations. Lesson learned, buyer beware. *My profession is marketing and was bamboozled.

Everything went as you would hope or expect. Everyone was great to work with and the end result is flawless

Communication was lacking. Once they were on it they did get it done with in 3 days from tear off to completion. When concerns were raised I felt kind of brushed off about it. In the end, I got a new roof before winter like they promised, and there are no leaks. Update through winter: roof is very uneven still and manger came out and said it looked fine. Paper fraying under shingles seen from ground and after trimming myself looks fine. Proceed with caution.

He went out of his way to help me locate stove piping that I could not find Missoula . His approach was purely professional and down to earth! I cannot say enough good things about my experience buying a new roof from Ace. They were one of the rare companies that treated me like a neighbor even before I put a deposit down. Throughout the entire planning, purchasing, and installation process, Ace went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on and was satisfied.

A big part of my positive experience was because of Ace’s top notch customer service; their project management staff, Addy, Amanda, and Cara, are excellent communicators and problem solvers. They helped me pick out (and spent time researching) the best products and solutions for my complicated roof without pushing me to spend more than my budget. They also kept me informed about product order times, delivery schedules, planning meetings, and who I could expect on property every step of the way.

I also want to highlight how smoothly and low stress the roof removal/installation process turned out to be. It occurred right on schedule and was actually completed more quickly than expected. When the crew ran into an unexpected issue, the project supervisor, John, came up with a solution and had new material on-site and installed the same day. The roofing crew also went out of their way to drive slowly in my neighborhood, protect my gardens and gravel driveway, and clean up after themselves.

Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience, particularly on a project as big as a roof replacement. Working with Ace was great from start to finish. If you’re looking to repair or replace your roof, these are your people.

Communication has been uneven. People showed up to inspect my roof unannounced. No followup after that. Quality of initial visits appears to have been fine.

We have been battling leaks in our gym roof. In a chance meeting with Ace Roofing, I described our problem and our limited budget. Ace came out we were able to work out an overlay solution that not only fit our budget, but they worked to fit it in around our difficult schedule during school. Ace also helped us secure a high wind option with a 20 year NDL warranty really giving our school board a sense of security with this project.
I would also compliment the customer service. Communication and phone calls were answered by a person, not a machine. We had a few details after the project that were handled promptly and with excellent customer service.
We would recommend ACE Roofing to anyone, particularly schools, needing some solutions to their roofing needs.

We experienced some wind and hail damage on our roof. Our insurance company only wanted to pay for a small section of the roof to be repaired. ACE roofing advocated for us with the insurance company and got the whole roof replaced, with little cost to us. I would absolutely hire them again. They were professional with all their dealing with us and got the job done quickly once all the insurance stuff was handled. The only complaint I had was that there were a few nails left around after the roofers left, but no other trash.

Ace has always been accommodating to my schedule and needs. I’ve referred them out a few times, and so far they’ve worked on three separate projects of mine. They can work on most any variety of roofing material.

Late this spring a storm came through and did some significant damage to my roof.
