Land Enterprises was ontime-professional-no high pressure-the final cost of repairs was the exact amout of the estimate-They repaired/replaced wind damaged shingles and repaired a hole that I tried to repaied several years ago. My roof looks great! Very pleased.

Not only did they give me a fair price and do an amazing job, I can tell you everyone I have spoke with(Paula, Michelle, Taylor, and Kirsten) treated me with respect, honesty, and kindness. L.A.R. is a class act!!!! I had a shoulder surgery a couple of days before they re-roofed my house, and they checked in on me, and have checked in on me even after the roof was completed. Great job... I had a large project and they worked incredibly hard. A manger was on sight most of the time. I would definitely use them again. Don't get excited during the process they will get it cleaned up before they leave...

Honestly they made the roofing experience very easy Taylor was so much help and did anything and everything to help me no matter what time of the day I called him texted or emailed him. He contacted me back even while he was on vacation. He even showed up to meet the inspector and helped him out to.
The roofs that showed up were awesome very respectable of my property. Constantly cleaning up after them selfs even running magnets to pick up nails several times. Even before they left. I can’t talk highly enough of this company from the office employees to the roofers.

Living in Oklahoma, we all know how much abuse our roof's must take. That's no reason for us to take abuse or attitude from roofing contractors. The team at Land Enterprises Roofing has taken care of four roofs for me in just the last year. Our former home, which Land put a new roof on as part of the sale. A rental house, which had significant tree damage from an ice storm, but Land managed to repair at a minimal cost. Then our new, historic home, which is over a century old, and includes a detached garage, is now well protected for another few decades with a high quality and aesthetically pleasing roof, thanks to Land.

As a repeat customer, I can attest that the professional and responsive service is top notch. I will say that there was one minor issue which was brought to their attention after the invoice was paid. While it was only an appearance issue, not a functionality or quality issue, I was met with zero resistance whatsoever. David took full ownership and assured me that the issue would be resolved. The next thing I knew it was taken care of without me pressing once more.

Having delt with countless contractors both at work and at home over the course of my multi-decade adult life, this has been hands down my best experience. Don't be fooled by fly-by-night roofing contractors that show up days after a hailstorm. Land is family owned with strong Oklahoma roots and is committed to maintaining their reputation in our community.

They recently replaced some flashing under some siding that had deteriorated. I totally trust their work because of the incredible job they did 6 years ago when I had to have a total roof replacement.

I reached out to LER and they promised me to come look at and give me their best cost and time estimate.
They came in time and gave me the best cost and time frame that works with my closing date.
I really appreciate their great work ethics which we don't see that much these days.

I am a big fan of Land Roofing. They responded immediately after wind tore up our roof and installed a temporary fix the next day. They then worked with us on doing the permanent repair a few weeks later. Very professional and communicative throughout. Impressively they gave us a partial refund on the bill when they had overestimated the necessary materials when it came to payment. I also love their maintenance program so they are proactively making sure our roof condition is good. Highly recommend!

I realized that I had a leak in my laundry room ceiling. It turned out that it was from a rusted out roof valley plate. Land roofing came out in a timely manner and did an excellent job replacing the plate and reinstalling shingles around the plate area. I have used Land Roofing previously and they fixed a botched job by another roofing company. I would trust them with all my roofing needs.

Great work and new roof in one day! Warranty on the shingles from the manufacture and Land Enterprises brought it to our attention for the replacement. Great job!

Land Enterprises replaced the roof on a neighbor's home in Stillwater during the week of April 2nd, 2023. During this time the weather was very windy and started to blow the plastic wrappers from the bundles of shingles they were using all over several yards and areas in our neighborhood. Boxes from some of their other materials were also blown around. The first day they were working onsite my Wife and I retrieved several wrappers and various pieces from our yard and disposed of in our trash. When I approached the crew about this the foreman was not onsite, and only 1 crew member spoke english to communicate with. The crew member was very apathetic in communication and failed to recognize the issue with the blowing roof material packaging debris, and blew it off as something they would pick up at the end of the job. I requested that instead of this that they control the wrappers/debris as they are removing them, and not just throw them down to be blown around the neighborhood.
The second day this crew was working onsite the same behavior and scattered material debris occurred.
Based on this experience, and the lack of accountability their crew took in maintaining professional job site conditions I would not hire them to work on my home.

Land was very helpful with a warranty claim on our roof. They offered advice, listened to us, and performed all the work professionally. Their workers were friendly and efficient, and they were in a good mood the whole time they were here. The on site supervisor was excellent and went above and beyond. On 5/05/22 parts of Stillwater had golf ball to tennis ball sized hail. Our roof was damaged along with screens and guttering. I found out about Land roofing from a next door neighbor and called them to get an inspection done.
David Graham was easy to work with and provided us with a very detailed report and lots of pictures detailing our storm damage. When our insurance company decided they wanted their own inspection, David offered to be here and follow their inspector to offer any help he might need. This in my opinion is quality of service that is above expectations.
Once work commenced we were completely surprised at how professional and quick the job was performed!!! My entire old roof was completely removed and a complete new one installed in just ONE day in including cleanup! Our roof required 38 bundles of shingles so it was not just a tiny house. We also had them install new vents to help keep our attic cooler in the summertime.
Lastly but certainly not least their Administrative Assistant Michelle Maker was/is unbelievably fantastic in dealing with insurance companies. Ours has been extremely reticent to return phone calls and provide information. Michelle has handled them like the professional she most certainly is and we are very thankful for her services.
Land Enterprises Roofing is a wonderful company to do business with and one I am most certainly happy to give references for should anyone be looking for an honest, fair and quality professional roofing installation.

My house was nailed in that large hail storm last year and I was very fortunate that the person who did my home inspection had previously recommended Land Enterprise Roofing when I’d needed something. It was a really difficult materials economy for the company to be operating, not to mention all of the roofing needs in the area after the storm, but Michelle and everyone who contacted me throughout the project were professional and helpful, giving me weekly updates at projected start times changes given the challenges of Oklahoma weather. The work was high quality and I opted for upgrades to my gutters given my trust that the investment would be well spent. Having dealt with shoddy contractors on other projects, Land Roofing remains the gold standard in professionalism, care, as well as cleanup. I deeply appreciated that they were present for the insurance adjustment process. The owner himself also did a walk-through at the end, which shows you the level of attentiveness. Would recommend the company to anyone without reservation, and a year out I remain deeply grateful.

After some roof damage, Land Enterprises came out to inspect and provide a cost estimate. I gave that to my insurance, who sent out a claims adjustor. Land Enterprises sent out an employee to look over the roof with the adjustor. Once the claim was approved, Land Enterprise called me with updates to the roof repair start date and kept in communication with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for small repairs or whole roof replacements.

Land Enterprises were very helpful getting insurance to cover a new roof, and Jerry et al. were good at getting every $$$ paid from insurance for their work. I am happy with my roof, but whatever day work crew they found to install the roof left the siding looking worse than before where it meets the roof line in front and back. I mentioned it twice to them, that and the standing water at one end of the new guttering, but was blown off once they got the final payment with which I included these photos. lesson learned, alas! normally I wouldn't bother with reviews online, but I'm reminded of it looking up at the house every time I'm outside.

My house got nailed by that massive hail storm, which could have been a nightmare given the ongoing rain and the materials shortages. Land roofing was a delight to work with, David helpfully offered to present when I met with my adjuster came out. I can’t say enough good things about Paula and Michelle, who were always a delight to talk to and kept me incredibly well informed of project timelines. Highly recommend .

Land Enterprises completed a roofing job with re-decking and a rain delay at my house in 2 days, as promised. Everyone in the office was great and the roofers were also nice and professional. They also cleaned up extremely well. Highly recommend!

Brian land ruined the sale of my home. His roofing experience is horrible. He came out on behalf of the buyers to check out the roof of my home. He wrote on his report that my roof was uninsurable and there was severe hail damage and that we needed a new roof.

We had our insurance adjuster come out along with 2 other roofers look at the roof. They had no idea where Brian land was coming up with these details about our roof. But the experienced roofers we had told us that our roof was in great condition and would last us another 25 years at the least!

We ended up selling our house quickly after he ruined our first deal anyway. And had absolutely NO ISSUES with the roof! As it is in great condition.

Please don't trust this company. They're a scam and extremely inexperienced!!
