Lance Blankenship roofing placed a metal roof on our home. We are very satisfied with it. Lance was prompt and showed up on time to do the estimate. Also said when they would be out to do the install, and when the items would be delivered to do it, they were delivered on time they showed up did the roof on time was finished in a day and a half. He was very professional in taking care of any concerns and questions we had and the roof looks great.

Lance and his team did a great job on our roof. In fact, our roof was done within 24 hours after we closed on our new home. And despite all of the rain we had this spring, Lance was still able to come and complete the roof without having to push back the schedule. I was referred to Lance by a relative who was very satisfied with his work, and I share that opinion. Lance was great at communicating throughout the entire process. When he came to give us a bid on the job, he was super prompt and straightforward. No crazy long sales pitch like some other companies. During the job Lance was not on site, but he kept in touch via texts and phone calls. He even sent me some pics that his crew took while working on the roof!

Lance sent a crew led by Juan. Juan’s crew did a great job. They installed all new plywood sheathing, Owen’s Corning Shingles on my main roof, Firestone torch down roofing on my low slope roof over the deck, and aluminum soffit in the ceiling of my deck. They were able to do all that work in a little over a day! It only took longer than a day because they were short on the aluminum soffit, so they picked up more the next morning. I’m very satisfied with all the work that they did!

I was very surprised to see so many negative reviews on Google and Facebook. Perhaps this is a vocal minority? Don’t let the negative reviews prevent you from doing business with Lance. There are people like me with very good experiences.

Last year (June 2020) the home we were under contract to buy got damaged in some storms. The seller hired Mr Blankenship to replace 1 piece of fascia & sofit, and replace some shingles on the corner of the roof that were ripped off in the wind. She supplied us with the invoice because there is a 10 year guarentee on all work done on the bottom of it. We called Mr Blankenship because the roof where he replaced the shingles is leaking and I have a hole in my ceiling as of August 2021. He refuses to honor his 10 year guarentee on all work done to the house. He claims there is no guarantee on a "patch job" and says we are trying to get free work out of him for our "trash roof".... My roof is only 12 years old and the only reason it needed work was from the storm damage. Completely unprofessional and rude. Cussed at us and talked over us. Had my husband so mad, he started yelling at him over the phone, and it takes a lot to get him to raise his voice. Not someone I recommend ever, and if you read his Facebook reviews, their not much better than mine.
