DAVID HEWITT WAS MY INTERFACE AND THE MANAGER ON THE PROJECT AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN SURE ALL FACETS OF THE NEW ROOF AND GUTTER SYSTEM WENT SMOOTH. HE ALSO DID AND OUTSTANDING JOB OF COORDINATION WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY.

Our roofing project was professionally handled and managed. Louis was attentive to our needs which in this case were fairly specific. He tracked down the materials and systems we desired and modified his pricing accordingly. Once the project started he as project manager stayed on top of things and was attentive when problems occurred. While the problems were minor and indicative of a project of this type, they were addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Lallier did an awesome job replacing my roof after being hit by a destructive hail storm.

Bob initially brought samples to my house and went over the process and gave me an estimated start date. I was given a call ahead a couple days before for the scheduled start date. The job took a couple days and I never knew they were there. The finished job looks great.

Since the job was finished we have had several high wind days and a few snow days. The roof still looks perfect and there is no sign of a leak (neighbors had a leak).

Lallier Construction really went the extra mile when it came to get the job done and working with my homeowner’s insurance. Andy and Page went to bat for us when our insurance kept creating road blocks in processing our claim. They took the stress out of something that was extremely daunting for a first-time homeowner. I have high expectations when it comes to my home and the service I expect. Andy and Page met and surpassed all my expectations. Lallier Construction is truly a company that takes pride in their work and taking care of their customers.

I contacted Lallier Construction after a friend referred them. It was the best decision I could have ever made. The stress of processing a claim and working with our homeowner’s insurance was extremely overwhelming before reaching out to Lallier. Once they were in the picture they handled everything! They worked with our insurance and scheduled all the repairs from start to finish. They communicated with me every step of the way. I never once had to reach out to follow up with them. I contracted with LCI to have my roof replaced after the great Boulder County hailstorm of June 2018. They were very prompt and fast, did an excellent job. John Bates did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken care of, and working with my insurance.

Needed a repair on roof to be done as quickly as possible. Chris was able to complete in two months time. Gutters and roof were redone but was told about installation of vents which never occurred. Still sitting in garage. Otherwise timely and professional

This review is for Chris Stevenson. Chris is a salesman for Lallier and is the reason I'm taking the time to write this review. Chris is one of those persons that does right by the customer even if the company won't. If the roofers damage the paint or if the roofer has to cut into the siding to replace the flashing, they just tell the customer that is their responsiblity to fix. Well not Chris. He put on his painting hat brought out his ladder and got to work taking care of what mess the roofers left for me and thats just the kind of person Chris is. When he tells you he is going to take care of everthing and you won't have to worry about anything thats just what he does. Without Chris this would just be another roofing company but with Chris this company turns into a cut above the rest. If you want someone you can trust. to handle your roofing needs. pick up the phone and call Chris.And give him a chance to show you what how great it is to have a freind in the roofing business.That you so much Chris.

We worked with Christopher Stevenson to resolve issues with our house. He has been very profesional and has gone out of his way to help us.

My initial contact with LCI was via referral from a coworker. Then, I met Louis M., who was an amazing homeowners claim rep for LCI. He was very responsive, answered emails and calls very timely, and was wonderfully communicative through the whole process of an Insurance Claim Roof Replacement (my first ever home claim). He was there for the insurance adjuster inspection and fought to get what we needed from the insurance company. The roof looks fantastic and is now up to current codes. Installation took one day, with minor fixes/touch ups occurring afterwards. Thank you Louis for all your hard work and making this otherwise stressful event a pleasant experience.

We were hit by a storm this summer and needed to have our roof replaced along with many other homes in out community. LCI was great to work with on our replacement. They were in and out in one day, very clean and efficient with the work they completed.

Ex subcontractor/ salesmen that never got paid for 7 projects regardless of broken promises by Michael Lallier (owner) and Andy Coria (GM) of such.
Now have to start the process of legal means to recover owed money, and supply homeowners of such business practices through the review process of multiple social media platforms

Homeowners beware and make sure to get lien waivers for all trades involved on your property including salesman.

When our roof and gutters needed repaired our contractor was easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. He was very professional and was very eager to gain our business. This company has great ratings and this was one of the reasons we went with them. Once the roof and gutters were installed and we paid them they are almost impossible to get a hold of. We are still in need of documents and we are not getting any responses. We are very disappointed that we are still having to try and track them down for a couple of document 2 months after the project was complete.

Hail storms did my roof. Had never replaced a roof, but I worked with Chris and it was great. He walked me through everything & helped make the process make sense. He handled nearly everything with my insurance, kept me updated, and was flexible when my schedule was tough. Every time I had a question or concern, anyone I talked to at LCI was polite, understanding, and helpful. The workers were fast and cleaned up the yard well. Love my new roof & gutters.

LCI, was amazing and extremely helpful from the beginning until the end. The crew and the project manager (Ty Corbett), were very friendly and spoke normal people jargon, they explained everything very well. Even with the weather against us, they were still able to complete the projects on time. Our new roof is suburb and the paint job is illuminating. I have recommended this company to my friends and family.

Colorado is Mother Nature's playground. This summer she dealt some fairly severe storms that required we replace our damaged '3 tab shingle' roof.

This is a local Colorado company that’s been replacing roofs for decades.

Chris was extremely professional from start to finish. The initial inspection, insurance, permits, roofing crew, and final inspections were all seamlessly managed by him.

The roofing crew was amazing. They completed the job in just under 2 days. Their cleanup was superb and the roof looks awesome.

From estimation to walk-through at completion, my roofing and gutter project exceeded my expectations. I saw the LC team working on roofs in my neighborhood (Potter Highlands) and contacted Jeff Q for an estimate. He was my contact throughout the process: scheduling, picking materials, re-scheduling due to wet weather. He was always keeping me posted on scheduling, without me having to track him down. Tear off, re-sheath, dry cover, vent covers, flashing and shingles all in 1 day (8 man crew). Site was very clean when completed, some asphalt granules but that is to be expected when tearing off 3 layers. Arranged for warranty through Owens Corning, provided transfer documents to buyer while under contract. Very professional, very communicative, and very affordable. Great experience.

We were trying to sell our house and the inspector brought up items on our roof that we may want to have looked at. LCI came over and took care of various items on the roof as well as gutters. They did a great job and really knew what they were talking about. Having a letter from them stating the roof was good helped the selling process along.

We are planning on having LCI do some work on our new house as well.
