Tom is my "go-to" person when I need any roofing issues addressed, and has been for about 10 years. He has replaced hail damaged roofs for me on two different occasions and has always done a top notch job before, during, AND after installation. He takes pride in customer satisfaction!

I've been using Lake Dallas Roofing for all of my roofing needs since 2010. I was lucky to find such an honest, capable roofing company. Tom has always been respectful and responsive and his prices are very competitive. Back in 2018, we had a huge storm that broke out one of my skylights. Rain remained in the forecast so it was imperative that the skylight get repaired ASAP. Tom came out and fixed the skylight and waited to charge me until all needed repairs to the roof were made. It was literally months before the process was complete. That was true customer service! I refer all of my friends and family to Lake Dallas Roofing when I hear they are in need of a new roof. In my opinion, referrals are the biggest way to show a company that you appreciate them. Thanks for all you do, Tom!
