The Lake City Tree Service crew were exceptional in every way. They arrived on time and quickly began working as a unified team that knew each other’s every move. The owner, Shane worked alongside of his team and they all put forth 100% effort into their work. A total of seven tall black cherry trees were cut down and the clean-up was very impressive. They even took the extra time and effort to trim up three Oak trees in that line of trees to make them more uniformed and to give them a nice manicured appearance. Most importantly was to find a local tree service that proved to be dependable and they ensured that the scope of work was not only accomplished, but was done “over-the-top.” Meaning, the quality of their work and the price of the job was very reasonable and I am very pleased with their overall performance.

This company has done work for me twice. This company cares about you the customer and they care about trees and want to make sure things are done safely for you and the trees. Both times I was treated very nice. Everyone was very professional. I was answered quickly. The work was done on time, done right, and at a very fair price. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Lake City Tree Service. From beginning to end they were the most professional and caring tree crew of the many I've engaged in over 40 years of property management. Shane, Dalton, Jessie and Julio are an amazing team.
Proposal/scheduling: Shane made sure that the job scope was clearly defined, took videos of the work to be performed, and gave specific time frames for start/end. Even provided me with a google calendar invitation, which is important when you have a busy schedule. This was a fairly large job.
Execution: The crew arrived on time, respected my property, skillfully disassembled the trees using state-of-the-art equipment, all the time confirming with me that the work was being completed to my satisfaction. Even trimmed a number of troublesome limbs that I hadn't originally requested. The crew is extremely proficient and focused on delivering a superior experience. Very respectful of my property.
Clean up/property appearance: Other companies that bid this work didn't explain much about the final result. From the start, Shane took the time to explain the impact on existing surrounding vegetation so I knew what to expect. After extracting a very large stump, the ground was nicely levelled. As requested, the debris was neatly placed in a designated area. They even moved an existing large pile of debris for me.

All of this quality work at a fair price. No property damage. Expertly, carefully removed and trimmed trees. Focused on delivering customer satisfaction. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you Shane and team!

Shane is very professional and arrived when he was supposed to. I work out of town, and he came out on a Saturday for me to sign the contract so that i wouldn't have to miss any work. The day of the service they were punctual. professional and cleaned up the area after the service. I will definitely utilize him again.

Shane and Co displayed great knowledge and safety when cutting down several trees in close proximity to our home. He explained in detail the game plan and stuck to it. Very reasonably priced and will definitely be calling again if we need any tree trimming in the future.

I work for an insurance company and needed to find someone fast to assist my customer with a tree removal so we could access her vehicle. I did a Google search and this company was one of 3 we chose to work with - and they were on it! Shane contacted me in minutes of speaking with our customer and we had a game plan ready before ending our conversation. I needed 10 trees removed from my property the smallest of which was 24" in diameter. 3 were directly over the house one covering half of the structure and a diameter of 36"+ at the base. All were diseased and in very poor health. Shane provided a solid estimate and time for the work. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work ahead of schedule. The trees over the house were complicated removals requiring a crane to safely remove. Shane went over all of this in the contract and it went off without a hitch. His crew was professional, diligent, and courteous. Highly recommend to anyone needing treework, and will definitely hire again when needed.

Lake City Tree Service was awesome. Had the top of Laurel Oak come down onto my roof in the middle of the night (thankfully no damage because the live oak around it slowed down it's fall). They came out first thing in the morning at 7:30 and the tree was gone and cleaned up in no time and he trimmed other limbs that were in danger of falling as well! Awesome Customer Service, price was great and did I mention Awesome Customer Service! Will definitely use them again to trim our trees!

We had a very large tree come down from Hurricane Irma. Shane came out right away, quoted us a very reasonable price and was back early the next day! He and his crew took down the remaining portion of the tree, cut everything up , hauled it all away and it looks great! Wonderful job, friendly and courteous! Would definitely recommend!
