Very professional and fair. Repaired vents on my metal roof that were damaged and loose from hurricane season. Added and upgraded to spinner vents. Even found the matching white colored ones that were hard to find at the time. Very fair price and didn't take long at all even when they were really busy at the time. Tech came out to look at my issues. He was very honest and thorough. He talked with me about ways to do more troubleshooting to pinpoint my leak to save money on the repair when the time comes.

The work completed by Lafayette Roofing was exceptional (though it did take longer than we anticipated considering it was a small job). However, when I drove up to pay them on Friday at 4:30 PM, they had left for the day despite their hours being listed as open until 5:00 PM. Call ahead to make sure they are there.

Taylor Reed and his crew did an amazing job. The builder, Brandon, went far and above and I cannot thank him enough. Along with a new roof, the chimney was rebuilt, and the carport and porch posts installed. It was truly Christmas in July with Taylor as Santa and all his many elves giving me all I asked for and more!

When Hurricane Delta left me with two roofs (a house I had for sale and the one i lived in) to replace, I called a couple of roofing companies. Lafayette Roofing had real people answering the phones while the others were automated responses, which I’m sure was due to the overwhelming amount of requests. But it was nice to talk to someone. Jeff with Lafayette Roofing worked with me and my insurance company to get everything arranged. As project manager for both of my installations, Taylor Reed and his crew had them done within a day. He kept me in the loop with text messages and alerted me of any issues right away. And with kids running around, cleanup was paramount to not have anyone step on nails. Taylor’s crew did a fantastic cleanup. It was nice to have a professional crew and staff in a time that was stressful for many.

After contacting numerous companies we decided on Lafayette roofing to get a new section of roof installed. The whole process from first contact to finished product was extremely smooth and we were kept informed throughout the process. Everyone was highly respectful and professional. Of course, they make it so difficult to get help but the company worked with my insurance so I didn’t have to deal with that side of things. Even offered financing for what was not covered. I called about 10 roofing companies in town to install turbine vents, but no one neither showed up, nor call me back although I left several messages asking calling me back. Met with Darren and Matt regarding loose shingles on my roof, which was the result of poor installation from another company. Both Darren and Matt were great to work with.
