Mark came out for a quote and put us on the schedule for that month. We even talked about molding I already purchased that I quickly painted to be ready for him. Then nothing. I could not get ahold of him. He did not respond to my messages.
If the job was too much for him and his company or things changed, I understand, but communication about not being able to complete a job is expected professionalism, and none was given. Leaving us to stall in the process of repairs, start to find another contractor, and pushing us closer to fickle Michigan Fall/Winter weather we were trying to avoid.

Don’t waste your time & energy unless you want to get let down, I suppose!?! At FIRST Mark was great- communication, accreditations, follow through, etc. We were ready to sign the final contract & felt 100% happy with our decision to have him & his company do you work. We even had a tentative start date. THEN NOTHING- he disappeared; no reply to call, text , email (so odd). After a few weeks I decided to try 1 last time & I got him in the phone. He apologized, said it was a personal issue that came up. Reassured me that it wasn’t anything said or done on our end, and he was still interested if we were. Yes, we were ( life/death happens,we get it). He said he saw us up on the schedule for a week+ out & he’d get with the office to get us the final contacts to sign to get it all back in track. After another few weeks-again nothing. So I called him - he said he thought we had everything & his office was dropping the ball & that he’d Personally make sure & call me back later that day/next morning….that was days ago… ghosted again.
Only sharing because the whole experience was so odd! 100% on - 100% ghosted. Our job is unique but he knew that and was happy, willing, and ABLE to do it. I gave him every opportunity to come out and say if something had changed.
!Left feeling very disappointed & confused.

We gave you 3 chances to be upfront & tell us that you needed more time to start. You never did that. We respect not leaving a job unfinished to start others ;just communicate that. Instead you left us hanging from early July- late September (texts to prove) with hope that we had it figured out. Now we have to try to rush to find another qualified, reliable, affordable contractor to do our uncommon job, before the weather turns. You greatly let us down & in a pinch! To be clear we’re NOT trying to hurt you, we’re just trying to save others from our experience. All of your low reviews seem to be for the same basic reason. You seem very quick to reply to your reviews but not the customers you’ve made promises to? Yes, no money changed hands!! You came out 1x (not twice) upon my request to make sure you were comfortable with the estimate you’d given me & so we could meet in person. You also stated that you didn’t require $$upfront (another thing I felt reassured about). It’s very hard to find a good, trustworthy, reliable contractor and it’s devastating to think you’ve found one & have them disappear. Just trying to save other homeowners that grief.

We had our vinyl siding on our colonial home damaged from the last storm, we called Mark who responded the same day and came over and repaired the damage the very same day! Thanks so much for the great service! Would definitely use again for any roofing or siding jobs!

Mark and his team did a great job. Fixed my roof issue in no time flat and even pointed out one other thing they fixed at not charge. Then to top it off he even cleared the drain in the street before leaving after getting soaked in a downpour while rushing to replace a shingle.

Woke up to it raining over my bed. I was in such desperate need for help since another storm was coming in. Mark made it over within 3 hours and fixed the problem quickly. He was more concerned about me then anyone else had been.

LAD Services did an EXCELLENT Job. Mark Came out and looked at it right away, took pictures to show what needed to be done. Two days later it was done. He and his Crew finished the Roof and Aluminum Trim in one day and cleaned up completely. No nails or debris what so ever.

I had a leak in my roof. I reached out to LAD services really early in the morning. Mark was out here the same morning to do the inspection on my damage from the leak. After the inspection he repaired my roof the same day. He was super polite and respectful. Very informative to all my questions. He took the time to review everything very thoroughly throughout the entire process. He showed me photos of the progress and kept me informed throughout the repair. Mark was excellent to work with!

Called LAD for a repair Mark came buy next day to quote. Very knowledgeable and explained what was needed. After receiving 2 other quotes both agreed as to cause but Mark also noticed potential problems. He repaired all. Can tell he really wants to help people. Will use again!!!

We recently contracted with Mark De La Fuente of LAD Services to install a new roof on our home and sunroom. We had spoken with two other roofing contractors but LAD was the only company that would install a low-slope membrane on the sunroom. Also, we were impressed with Mark's presentation, the manner in which he addressed our questions, and the project was reasonably priced.

Everything was completed in two days and Mark was on-site the entire time. In short, we love our new roof and would highly recommend Mark and his company. He was very professional, conscientious, and detail oriented, and he always communicated with us in a timely manner.

The guys did and absolutely fabulous job, went above and beyond to make sure everything was don't correctly and left a clean jobsite when they were done. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Excellent company!! Mark is very informative and has been nothing but kind and helpful in my current situation. Bought a home last year and dealing with a mold issue. Mark was able to provide me with so much knowledge about ventilation. The team came out today and got the job done in a very timely manner and were very efficient. Afterward, Mark went over pictures of the work that had been done to improve ventilation in my attic. I am super satisfied with this company and their work. Mark and his crew did a great job with our specialty roofing project. I first reached out to Mark in early November, and our initial meeting at the house happened within 48 hours... We discussed all the details regarding the roof replacement at that time, and I expressed that I was especially concerned about getting the repair done as soon as possible because my wife and I were expecting the birth of our daughter at the end of the month. Mark, being a family man himself, took all of my concerns to heart, and assured me, with confidence, that our project would be completed by the end of the month.

Mark did a wonderful job repairing some siding that had blown off of our home. These days you can't get anyone to answer your phone calls but Mark was very responsive. He visited the job site shortly after speaking with us to give us a quote. After we agreed on the services he got the job done quickly as well. He is friendly and professional. He worked with our contractor to create a vent through our roof for the installation of a vent fan for our bathroom remodel. We were so happy with the job! Called Mark to see if he could fix one piece of siding that was loose. He nailed it back down & re - did the calking . Also inspected the roof & chimney & noticed some other issues that we should address. And the best part, he said there was no charge for the job! Said it was a quick fix!

LAD Roofing was the best service for roof replacement that we ever had. Over the years we have had at least 4 roofs repaired or replaced and LAD was by far the best! I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same luck with this company as others. We called and he came out right away and spent a good amount of time with us, explaining what our options were, and we were thrilled, so much so that we weren’t even going to bother with other quotes. We emailed and asked him for a quote, he said he’d get it to us within a few days, and then disappeared. We emailed him again and have gotten nothing. So very disappointed because we were so excited to be getting this stuff done after our first meeting and then this.
