Excellent work! Only complaint is they could clean the leaves from the old gutters vs dump them on the lawn but the work they do with gutters is top notch for sure. Everything strapped properly and pitched properly.

I called to get an estimate on a few occasions. Each time I was told something different, then my estimate was mailed to me, but never filed, so I had to get another estimate, which was more expensive. Then I had decided to move forward, because I was told that install can be same day or next day. I called a few days later and when I spoke to the person on the phone I was asked for my credit card number, which will not be charged until after the install date (I found this weird that you want my card info with no install date). He just just kept saying someone will call you in a few days. This is very unprofessional and I will not be using Alloy Gutters for any services.

I requested an estimate for gutters on my house and leaf protection on my rental and got their proposal later that day and scheduled the install for both for the following morning. Can't beat that service!

Terrible terrible terrible. (Roofing contractor) Scheduled a gutter replacement for them to do. Several weeks I kept getting “by the end of the week” from whoever schedules the jobs. Told me they would rather do 4 houses a day rather than the one of mine. I told
him that’s not my problem he should’ve mentioned that before providing a scheduled start date. He finally says if you can get someone else to do it, do it. So I’ll do that along with all of my other future work they will not be getting as well as the referrals. Im not a giant company but any business is better than none. I’d give 0 stars if I could

**Update:** The gutter seam was not properly sealed. It is not obstructed by any trees and is devoid of any debris. Alloy is required to rectify this issue, as the installation was inadequate.

**WARNING: Exercise Caution When Hiring Alloy Gutter Co.**

In 2021, we contracted Alloy Gutter Co. to remove and install new gutters through Lowe’s. The original gutters, which had served us for 24 years, were leak-free throughout their lifespan. The sole reason for their replacement was due to a roof replacement and discoloration. We had placed our trust in Lowe’s to provide a reputable contractor for this gutter installation.

Following the installation, we encountered our first leak. Lowe’s promptly contacted Alloy to address the issue. Alloy attempted to attribute the leak to a blockage and dispatched a technician to repair the gutter, successfully resolving the problem. However, upon inspection, we discovered that there was no blockage present.

Our home is not situated in a wooded area, eliminating the possibility of leaves accumulating in the gutters. This summer, during heavy rainfall, we experienced another leak in a different location. Upon contacting Lowe’s, we were informed that the gutters had expired their 1-year warranty. Subsequently, I reached out to Alloy to request a repair, but they informed me that they charge a minimum of $350 to visit our property. This request was unacceptable, and I declined their offer.

Alloy Gutter Co.’s actions raise concerns about the quality of their products and the improper installation of gutters and downspouts. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Consequently, I have lost my trust in Lowe’s to utilize a reputable company for their home services. Alloy Gutter Co. does not appear to provide a warranty on their workmanship or installation, which is significantly shorter compared to the typical 5-year warranty offered by most gutter companies.

As a result of the persistent leaks, we are now compelled to hire a professional gutter company to rectify the situation. Should the leak persist, it could potentially damage our wood trim and potentially our light fixture. Alloy Gutter Co.’s reputation as a reliable gutter installation company is tarnished, and I strongly advise individuals to exercise caution and avoid their services.

They were able to come out quickly after quoting (which was very reasonable), install in only a couple hours and the gutters themselves look good! Payment was also easy and would recommend for anyone. This was easier than ordering groceries online!

We used Alloy Gutter for gutters after a contractor stopped responding to us about getting gutters put back on our home, and Alloy responded right away and gave us a quote in a timely matter. They came out a few days later and the work was done in 2 hours! We are very satisfied with the work! I would most definitely refer them to anyone. The gutters look great!
