We have a Tudor Style home. When the roof went bad, moisture got behind the wood slats and panels. They gave me a proposal to not only repair the roof, but to repair the panels and slats. They did an excellent job. The work on the panels and slats really came out great and matched the color perfectly. The workers were extremely friendly and never complained when they had to move their vehicles when we had to leave. And the cleanup after the work was finished was excellent. And of course, the roof (they also installed gutter covers), came out great. I highly recommend this company. They were highly recommended to me by a friend of mine & they exceeded my expectations.

Replaced our roof in one day. And exceeded my expectations because it started raining! But they were dedicated to completing the job, so they covered the roof and then continued working as soon as it stopped raining. Luis is nice and professional. I was referred to LA Roofing by Angela Knight, a realtor I've been working with. She's referred this company in the past and she's never heard any complaints. Angela texted Luis, and he had Steve come over within an hour to get the information for a quote and I received a quote later that evening. I compared quotes and gave them the go ahead on Friday, Luis called me Saturday morning and scheduled me for Monday. The crew came out at 8 AM and started right away with the tear-off and continued at a good pace all day. Steve stopped by a couple times to see how they were progressing. The roof I selected was the architectural shingles. The roof looks great, the shingles are lifetime warranty and it's transferrable. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if the needed.

Luis / L.A. Roofing rescued us from a high stress situation and saved my Mom’s 1930s home from progressive water damage! Only after another roofer had removed the existing shingles was it determined that the original rafters would also need to be replaced. Great communication with various people. Worked with us and our schedule for repairs. Had squirrel issues eating through our venting, which led to us finding some rot damage. After the initial repair there was a misunderstanding about one of the locations in the attic where we had rot. Notified them it was missed and they were very professional and accommodating about the situation. Promptly returned and fixed the last spot. Great work and service.

These guys did an excellent job. They got the job started ahead of schedule and finished the next day. Above and beyond expectations. They made sure to cleanup after themselves. I even got some extra work done to my siding and fascia and it look amazing. This company L.A. Roofing is a great company with wonderful employees. I was hesitant to not be there but had to work after rain delayed roofing twice. Luis Arauz was very helpful and came to my house when the insurance inspector arrived. He answered all my questions, but the estimate seemed a little pricey compared to the other estimates I received. If he was able to quote me the same price as the other roofer at the time I would of chose him.

The sad thing is, this isn’t pictures my mom’s property. Her insurance company informed me that this is the pictures for another property. How sad, this person didn’t even go up in my attic to take pictures so I don’t know where these pictures came from. Another thing this isn’t even the color of my moms roof. It’s hard to even get anyone on the phone.

We worked with Luis and his team for our roof replacement and repair (5/5/2021) and our experience was great. The professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work was top notch. (Think Chick Fil-A.). We did not have to worry about a thing because their business processes are seamless and the Luis and the office staff were on point.

We had some water damage on the front of our house and a less than perfect roofline due to a renovation by the previous owners. LA Roofing reconstructed that portion of the roof beautifully, and in a way that looks original to the house. Additionally they made sure that everything was perfect and to our satisfaction before they were finished. And when we had questions and/or criticism, our concerns were heard AND remedied immediately.

The level of service from this company is something that is very hard to find these days. The definitely get 5 stars from me.

Wow!! What an awesome experience with this company. They are top notch. If you need your roof repaired give this company a call and you won't be disappointed. The owner Luis is the best in the business. From the time we met with him till finish he kept in contact and was very informative about the process.

Most people don't have a clue about what goes on with a roof but the basics it's a roof. Luis broke it down step by step and kept it real. How often do you see the owner of a company on ground making sure everything is going as planned...that speaks volume and shows his dedication to the customer and his work ethic and values. The crew was very courteous and worked efficient to make sure everything was done professionally. The cleanup was excellent. They repaired the ceiling water damage, replaced the screens that were damaged from the storm. Also installed a beautiful deck that we enjoy every chance we get.

This company is one of a kind. We're very picky about dealing with companies when it comes to our home but this company made us feel really good and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. La Roofing is a great company. After getting my roof done I had 1 minor issue after a heavy wind storm. The crew came out fixed the issue and even change some bulbs at my request that were to high for me to reach. Once again this company is great and the workers are always respectful.

Update 8/9/2023: Luis and his staff replaced our entire roof during the selling process of our home back in May of 2023. It had to be replaced in order to sell. They got the job done in time before closing and as always, Luis and his staff are first class in quality and how they do business. See below. I said if I had to have my roof replaced I'd call them...and I did. You can't go wrong with LA Roofing!

My past experience with roofing contractors has been awful. I mean terrible on all fronts. This company is A+. It was so refreshing to have someone answer the phone and actually show up when promised. I had previously called a very large roofing company two weeks earlier in Columbia and I had to chase them down to even have somebody come to my house. No response. So I searched again and found LA Roofing online. Luiz was on time to inspect my roof leak and spent time taking pictures of areas on my roof that needed attention. His crew was at my home two days later and replaced all the deteriorating roof jacks and also replaced shingles and sealed exposed nails. Looks great and also so far my roof isn’t leaking anymore. I did have one issue with a shingle and they came back out and fixed it. They even painted the white roof vent pipes black and I didn’t even ask them to do that. Looks nice. The office manager, Luiz, and the crew are very friendly and they can be trusted. If I’m still at this house and I need my roof replaced I’m calling these guys!
