LA Rich Roofing LLC

We had an ongoing leak into the inner wall of a garage added several years ago..Our fault originally with the garage builder we hired. La Rich promised to fix the leak stating it was where the garage roof attached to the house...the fix a new roof on the existing garage. However, with shortages the shingles on the house and garage were no longer available subsequently we agreed to a new roof on both feeling that what would finally once and for all fix the leak. Three days after completion we still had a leak. La Rich came out stating they had to caulk the windows and did so...a few days later we had the leak. We are retired and had given ALOT of money for this non-fix! We asked for the rep. to come out , an appointment was made , he was a no show. Although, he did come out the next day when no one was home and left a new bill to fix the leak that involved removing siding and fixing windows.
We texted him to come back out and discuss the new fix but he did not text, call or come back to talk to us. So I guess we were just a dollar (many dollars) in their pocket.
With this company gone are the days of being concerned with fixing the problem along with integrity....IT WAS ALL FOR THE MONEY! Think twice and go beyond a contractor's contract by having them state why the job was done and that the problem would be fixed. Verbally we were assured verbally many times this will fix the leak but we did not get that in writing. It was just hot air!
Update: The owner of La Rich came out to talk about our concerns and the job was reworked at no further cost to us. We are hoping for a rain event to reassure us we are now in the clear.
