La Rich LLC - Roofing Contractors CT

I’ll tell you what, I was very impressed with La Rich and the entire experience beginning with the initial phone call asking for an estimate. Bill answered the call and from there he took care of everything. He was true to his word from showing up at the set time to how long it would take to get the roof replaced. Anthony and his crew were very polite and they worked together like a machine from start to finish. Everyone had a set job to do and they stuck to it through the heat and completed stripping the old shingles to nailing the last new shingle down all in a single day. I have a midsize home with an attached larger than normal 2 car garage and both were completed before 5pm. That includes being cleaned up of which they cleaned as they went. Very impressed with Bill, Anthony and crew. Oh and out of 3 estimates La Rich came in under the next guy by a few K’s and you can’t beat the warranties. I’d do it again but fortunately I don’t have to.

I can hardly believe they received bad reviews in the past!!! We had the best experience we ever had with our many many contractors we have hired over the past 30 plus years!!!. They were extremely professional, they went way beyond code with the "Ice and dam coverage. They protected all of our walls, windows and deck items!! Bill and Scott were timely and accurate with the estimate and work scope to be performed.
The crew started on time, and never stopped working until every detail was perfect and clean up had been completed finished!! (No nails to puncture my lawn tractor tires) LA Rich is the best contractor we've ever hired!! And I would recommend them very highly!!!!

I had a horrible experience with a roofing company that I would like to share. I hired LA Rich Roofing Company from Plainville, which was a huge mistake on my part. The West Hartford Building Inspector failed the roof and told them in a report exactly what they needed to do to get it to pass. Bill from LA Rich yelled and screamed at me because the building inspector came to inspect the roof, he said the inspector was wrong, that he didn't know his job among other insults I won't repeat here. The inspector was nice enough to meet them at my house and show them exactly what had to be corrected. They never yelled at the inspector, though. I guess they felt more comfortable yelling at a 72 yr old woman, says a lot about them. There were also other problems with their work in which the owner Scott told me to go up on the roof and fix myself. Boy, did I pick the wrong roofing company! I just wanted to warn everyone of my experience. I will be handling things to have their faulty work corrected. I definitely do not recommend them.
