The Siding Guys - Plainville, CT

Wish I chose the other siding company. It turned out ok, BUT... 1) They were $5,500 more than other quote. That $$$ is about the cost of the "extra" material purchased and then removed from my property the day after completion (they will probably resell it to the next person). Watch those contracts!! 2) Robert said he would oversee the team, but was not onsite for most of the job (text and called me without reviewing the contract EARLY while I was away on vacation to ask questions that were in the contract). 3) Installation crew covered / sealed the electrical outlet for the flood light (now electrician will have to drill a new hole). 4) Damaged this security camera for the backyard 5) no follow-up upon completion to see if we are satisfied - obviously we had issues.

The job was for siding replacement. Here are some points worth noting:

1) Timing: They gave me a start date and began on that date. They worked 10 hours each day including through storms and cold to complete the job on time.
2) Price: Out of multiple quotes, they were the lowest price.
3) Cleanup: They left virtually no mess largely because one of the workers spent most of her time cleaning up as the work was being performed.
4) Quality Workmanship: The attention to detail was remarkable. I went around the house and did not see a single bad cut. The trim around each window and door was left perfectly mitered and squared.
5) Workers: All workers were polite and respectful.
6) Materials: The materials used were all high quality.
7) Modifications: There was some plywood that needed to be replaced and other adjustments to the originally agreed upon project and all prices for the additional work came in lower than I was expecting.
8) Neighbors: We have gotten multiple calls and texts from neighbors commenting on how good the house now looks.

Excellent siding Co and repairs. December 2023 Dominick replaced several wind damaged aluminum rake board pieces and installed 2 top trims on 2 windows. Nice job Dominick and shout out to Isaac.
