Tony and Phoenician were recommended by a close friend. The roof and gutters of the house we had just moved into were in very poor condition. Tony came out to take a look at the house and detached buildings within a week of calling. I was concerned that he was not going to be interested in the job due to the poor condition of the house roof but more so due to the failing detached garage and lawn shed structures. Tony walked the property, took some measurements, and confidently discussed his plan with me. Less than a week later, a very professional and detailed estimate was received and to our pleasant surprise, it was the lowest of the three that we had received. Tony and his crew immediately went to work and very efficiently managed to replace the roofs and make significant structural repairs during the few rainless weeks we had this past spring. We are very thankful for Tony and his team of highly skilled craftsmen that helped us with our project. We look forward to working with Phoenician in the future!

Tony did an amazing work redoing the whole house siding and gutters. Project was smooth and very professional. Do much attention to details and a high end work completion. We are so happy with the work and will hire him again and again.

Working with Tony was always a pleasure. Fast to respond and meticulously detailed. Permitting and debris retrieval were seamless. They weren't simply on time, but able to start, and ended, ahead of schedule. Once the work started the crew was always here setting to work bright and early. They worked all the way through, no stops and spurts between different jobs from what I could tell. Pricing was competitive for the scope of work compared to other quotes we received.

Phoenician did a great job with replacing the railings and portions of our deck. They were very nice, punctual, clean, and did excellent work. Everything worked out great!!!!! Tony was easy to work with, punctual, and met his targeted start and completion dates with no surprises with the work.

Tony and his crew completed our roof, gutters, enclosed our mudroom, and redid our kitchen floors. The crew was great and Tony was incredibly responsive. No contractor has been so responsive. I hated the original floors we chose and he happily changed the floors (even though I felt crazy asking!!). We would definitely use Tony and his crew again for any project we do!

I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Phoenician Home Improvement for the past six months. They have successfully completed multiple home improvement projects, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcomes. My bathroom has been transformed, and their installation of a handrail greatly aided in my mother's recovery. Additionally, they adeptly managed all communication with the HOA of our complex.

Tony and his crew absolutely surpassed our expectations with our new deck! It was a complete tear down of the old one and a new deck in its place. We couldn’t be any more happier with the result and we will be using his company for projects in the future!

I rated 3 stars because I can’t actually speak to the quality of their work.

However, I had Tony come out at the beginning of April to look at my bathroom and give me a quote for some repairs and renovation. May came and I never received a quote. I called on two separate days this past week and left two separate messages in case perhaps my information had been lost. I requested a call back so that I could get the quote. I’m still waiting on that call back.

Tony’s crew was terrific! They replaced several windows for me at an incredibly reasonable price. They were thorough, efficient, and cleaned- up as though they hadn’t even been there. I would highly recommend!

I’m a first-time homeowner and needed to replace the shingles on the roof along with updating the gutters to the no-clog type, along with replacing one of the skylights. I got several bids and amongst them was Phoenician Home Improvement. I decided to choose Phoenician based upon the cost estimate and most notably, the results my neighbor received after having similar updates to their house at the start of the summer. The estimate was very detailed as it specified what would occur, such as filing for the construction permit, putting a debris waste bin in the driveway and which products would be used ie the Velux skylight, etc. As a first-time homeowner I had a lot of questions about the process that Tony from PHI answered quickly, which my confidence that I had chosen the right company to do the job. When it came time for the work to begin, the shrubs were covered with a “netting” as not to disturb any of my so-called gardening efforts from falling debris. The original shingles were removed by roughly mid-day and the roof was completely shingled by the end of that same day! Tony’s team worked tirelessly picking up all of the debris and the final product looks sensational! A few days later, due to rain issues the gutters were installed and they too, look great AND have handled these monstrous rains we’ve had lately, with ease. The solar skylight that was installed…big wow!!!... a huge improvement from what was originally installed circa 1985!! I’m very happy with the work that Phoenician Home Improvement has done on my house and I have already recommended Tony and his team to two of my neighbors. I have a few other home improvements planned and I will invest my time in asking PHI to do the work because based upon my experience, they will help keep my home a solid investment.

Tony and his crew replaced all my windows in 2019. They did a great job then but when I tried to reach out to him for another issue (regarding my roof) he has been unresponsive. I have left more than one message to no avail. This is not the first time... I had questions about replacing a damaged window and he never returned calls then either. I don't know how he stays in business if he doesn't return calls. Maybe he just doesn't want repeat business? Whatever the reason it is rude and unprofessional.

Very very good completely stripped my whole food and rebuilt my back roof in one day. Including clean up and at a very good price.

Tony and his crew were very professional and made sure everything was completed on time and all trash/debris was cleaned up. The construction work was quality and the price reasonable. The only issue I had was with my patio table not being put back on the deck before the railings were built I can't do that by myself. I would definitely recommend Phoenician to other to have work done and will use them again.

Tony & his team replaced our old deck. The end result was amazing!!! Very professional. They also helped us with interior modifications. Next project is window replacement. Great team!! Highly recommended.

They replaced my old rotting wooden deck with Trex, and the final product is beautiful. They always showed up on time, worked hard throughout the day, and were very responsive to any communications I had with them via email in scheduling and coordinating the project. I would recommend them to anyone, they did a great job and were very easy to work with.
