Recently had roof replaced due to storm damage. Carden was response and thorough with me and my insurance company. Thanks to their persistence my claim was accepted, and they replaced the roof in a day. Responsiveness and ease of scheduling all visits and work was great. Roof looks fantastic.

Chas was great, he came out and gave us a quote. He explained everything clearly and never pressured us to do the job. Everything made sense for us because their price was lower than the others but offering a better product. The roof was done in 1 day and there were no nails left behind. Chas answered the phone within 3 rings every time. I have been burned by contractors a few times so it felt great to have him answer the phone so fast and answer any questions I had.

Carden Home improvement did an amazing job on my roof. They did it quick, and it looks incredible now. They also did my garage to match, which was even better. They made the whole process easy. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Aggressive, unprofessional, and not worth the risk!!!

Working with this contractor (Chaz) was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with any service provider. The level of disrespect, hostility, and unprofessionalism was beyond alarming. Communication quickly became confrontational instead of solution-oriented, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful.

Behind the five-star reviews is someone who doesn’t know how to speak to people with basic decency. If you’re looking for someone who values integrity, professionalism, and customer care… look elsewhere. The way they handle issues is completely unacceptable, no matter how good the reviews might seem. Disgusting attitude and service with a lackluster quality of work… You’d be better off learning how to treat people with respect before picking up another tool because no amount of roofing skill can cover up the rot in your character. Absolutely disgusting! Chaz you are not a contractor just a dull-minded bully in a toolbelt.

The folks at Carden home improvement took care of my roof. They did a professional job and were considerate of my property. If I have more issues with my house, I would definitely give them a call again

Carden Home Improvement recently completed replacing our roofing, windows and siding. Our house looks beautiful. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of workmanship and materials. The warranties on the products are excellent. I will always be covered. The owners, Denny and Carlos, came out and supervised each day, readily answered all my questions and offered sound advice and ideas. The area around the house was left clean, nails picked up and scrap taken away in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with this project from beginning to end.

My husband called for a quote, they immediately came out and spent 45 mins on our roof getting precise measurements. These guys are super friendly, honest and gave us an extremely fair price. Contract procedures were efficient and user friendly and they were in constant contact with us about dates of installation. Within 3 weeks we had our roof replaced!

Carden’s crew was here on time and our roof was installed in one day! They even re-roofed our old shed without it being in our contract and made it look fabulous!

Carden did our condo roofs and we got 4 quotes for our commercial job. They were not the cheapest but very close to it. Didn’t find a nail and each building was done in 1 day with 8 workers on each roof. Denny and Carlos the owners were there to answer my questions every day.
