I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Luis El Cejon Rodriguez. In my interactions with him, I have observed that his priorities seem to lie with profit over customer satisfaction, resulting in subpar service and a lack of accountability.

When I attempted to address these issues, I was met with defensiveness and an unwillingness to listen. Despite my respectful approach, Mr. Rodriguez chose to block my communication attempts.

Furthermore, I have witnessed Mr. Rodriguez's inability to manage his emotions, which has led to unprofessional behavior towards his employees. This creates a hostile work environment that I believe is unacceptable.

I hope that by sharing my experience, others may be aware of the potential risks of working with Mr. Rodriguez. I encourage others who have had similar experiences to share their stories, promoting a more informed community.
