Failed to respond within weeks time.
Lady at the other end of the phone doesn't have any information about anything.
You'd think in a professional setting she could communicate with the estimators and give an ETA on how far they are out since she claims "they get to calls in the order they are received", but it's been 3 weeks.
How can they do that if they don't know what that order is or how long it could take?

I was skeptical at first about a rubber coating for the flat part of the house but now I love it. Rain just rolls right off where it belongs. The shingle part came out great and the rubber application was excellent. Roofers and management were professional and polite. They paid attention to detail and didn't mind when I was particular about one part of the roof. This house really needed this work done. It solved some problems... like I swear there are no more stinkbugs!
