They were very efficient and fast with rd heir work. The debris from the roof when they power washed however ; was not cleaned up. So that's the reason for 4 stars.

We had Ky-Ko Roofing replace our roof nearly 10 years ago and have been very happy with them, so, we had them refinish our roof again close to the 10 year expiration date. Thank you Ky-Ko!

KyKo team did a great job. From the estimate, the installation( dble layer ) to the final inspection. The team were friendly and professional. I was referred by our member services at Desert Highland and now I highly recommend them, as well. Thx KyKo!

KY-KO was great to work with from start to finish. They communicated all aspects very well, made sure the site was protected and they cleaned up any leftover dust and debris promptly. The finished job was completed to above my expectation. I would definitely recommend KY-KO roofing.

We have used KyKo Roofing since we bought our Scottsdale home in 2003. During that time we have had the roof resurfaced every 5 to 8 years without any roof problems. The service teams that performed the resealing jobs were always professional, courteous, and very neat. I appreciated the experience the foreman had and the seniority of the senior techs. I fully recommend this company. They know their jobs and take pride in the finished product.

I met with Mark this morning. He was on time for our appointment and quite professional. After checking my roof, he advised me of a small issue that should be addressed in the near future that involved an existing skylight. The actual reason for the visit was because I thought I might add one of those "whirlybird" devices to help vent the attic. After actually getting on the roof, he advised that I already had a "ridge vent", so there was no need to go there. I asked his opinion of adding a whirlybird. His response was that over time they seem to fail and since I had the ridge vent already, it may not really be needed. Clearly, I felt he was giving me an honest opinion, to which I appreciated very much. After all, why spend the extra money if not needed? I would recommend this business if asked.

Great job by KyKo Roofing!! They’re courteous clean and keep you very well informed on their plans and the job. This is the second time we’ve used them and we will continue to use them going forward.

KYKO does a great job. They did my original foam roof 12 years ago a recently completed a recoat for another 5 years. Never any issues and they are prompt and provide great service. I definitely have no problem recommending KyKo for your roofing needs.

There are many roofing companies to choose from, but whenever a company stands behind their work even after the warranty expired is a keeper. I experienced wood rot and the team of Oscar, Thomas and Marvin totally exceeded my expectations. The cost, workmanship, and customer service - (everyone I dealt with either through (voice, email or text) were first rate. They walk their talk when it comes to only doing the work if it's necessary and do not cut corners. They truly takes great care of their customers. I have no hesitation referring them to anyone looking for a solid roofing company because I have the first hand experience of working with them.

Very professional. Scheduled the work at a date of my choosing. Every night, they completely cleaned up the drive way and re started the next day. Ky-Ko was recommended to me by another client. I believe the price is reasonable and the work was excellent.

I had one tile that I knew was an issue and KY-KO was very clear what their minimum cost was (which was much lower than 2 of their competitors'). I agreed to the minimum cost for the repair and while they were on the roof they checked other tiles and repaired them at no extra cost. A week later a tile I could see from the ground was cracked and needed to be repaired. They immediately stated they would fix it as something they may have missed. I have no idea if it was them although I know I was extremely satisfied with how they conducted their business and stood behind their work.

Just so you know, the person that did the original estimate came off of the roof and stated he loved our roof. He saw what needed to be repaired and told me the roof could last another 30 years. I am a roofing moron and he could have told me anything. KY-KO is in the business for the satisfaction of their customers and not the satisfaction of their wallets.

Had a large hole in our roof that was leaking during rain storms and we finally came to terms that it's finally time to get it replaced. We couldn't be happier that we chose Kyko for the job. The lead on the project was named Sergio, and his customer service was excellent. From day one he was attentive to our needs and paid attention to the little details that mattered. The crew that was with him were absolutely machines. The way they are able to do what they do in the Arizona heat is astounding. I was impressed watching them work. 2 weeks into having a new roof and I am so happy every time I drive up to the house and how it has changed the appearance of the house completely.

This is my second roof with the company. Very good installers and supervision by the forman. Plus they were one of the best bids that we received.

Kyko has done a wonderful job for us over the years. The last project was a major deck repair. They were knowledgable and quick. The job required all new flashing, removal of wrought iron railings and re-installing them, tongue and groove marine grade plywood, heavy duty screws and three layers of epoxy, of which the second layer included sand. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Actually better than the original.

I got referred by my next-door neighbor. I believe they did a great job. Scheduling is a bit off for my taste but they did come out in the week window they gave me.
I liked that a someone stoped by the house before and after the job to make sure it was complete to standards.

KY-KO replaced my roof last year after a major storm caused leaking. We've had multiple storms this year with no leaking. Yay! Great experience. Highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE - THIS COMPANY IS SO HOPPED UP ON BAD REVIEWS YOU CANT EVEN SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT.

I received an emailed quote stating the "worker" would "do the work themselves" not Documented - Then when I tried to speak to someone at the office, I was gatekeeped into, the manager's not here, nobody said this to you, your not experiencing this. Now the employee is blowing my phone up and threatening me. My next stop is the BBB - I can't fathom treating customers this way.

Recoating of my foam roof was done. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and professional. The work was done in a timely manner.

Given their long-standing presence in the industry, I had high expectations for Ky-Ko. They pride themselves on quality, but my recent experience doesn't align with that claim. After their work on my roof, it looks worse than before they started. The bottom row of tiles is uneven, some protruding by at least half an inch. Many tiles aren't properly aligned, causing one side to sit lower than the other. There's now a noticeable raised ridge at the front of the house, exposing raw wood. Additionally, tiles in the ridges aren't straight and have inconsistent spacing. On the backside, the paper meant to be concealed is visible between the tiles. The vent sheet metal appears poorly installed. The adhesive is pulling away like melted cheese. There's at least one cracked tile risking water seepage.

Ky-Ko had multiple opportunities to demonstrate their commitment to quality. Firstly, their workers didn't strip the entire roof as expected, leaving sections untouched, working in sections, and leaving behind cigarette butts, even putting one out on the new hardware. One worker even accidentally damaged the A/C refrigerant line without acknowledging it. Secondly, when a representative inspected the work, they assured me they would address the issues. Lastly, a supervisor came to oversee the crew, but aside from fixing the A/C, it seems little else was done to rectify the problems. Based on these experiences, it's clear that Ky-Ko falls short of its quality claims.

Kyko Roofing did a great job. Very nice folks who work for there. I have an old foam roof that needed re-coating and they did a great job. Other companies would not do this job because they didn't install the roof but Kyko did. It will be Kyko when the time to re-coat comes around.

Something odd and unstable with this company - be careful. When the work was done we paid the bill within a week and they already filed for collections. We get a notice in the mail after they already cashed our check. Paid within a week and they already sent it to collections. Will never use them again.

Great job. Kudos to estimator, power washer, coating guys, and final inspector. Checked with another company and KyKo was cheaper. Good recommendation from friends who used them. Showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up nicely. Only issue was that I have three antennas on roof, one of which had a grounding wire they had to disconnect to do the job. They could not figure out how to reconnect that wire at the end. I have recommended they clearly mark such issues and take photos when they undertake future customer jobs. All in all happy. Course it hasn't rained much yet.....

It took me six months to make the decision whether to fix a portion or to replace my entire roof and thanks to Kyler Hopper I went with KY-KO Roofing for replacing the entire roof. I've contacted a total of six Contractors in my search and I found Kyler to be the most honest and qualified, but still competitive. I recommend to everyone, especially in Sun City, needing replacement or repair. You'll be as happy as I am, I've been here 25 years.

Ky-Ko just left my home. I called as the roofmate on a roof job they completed for my neighbor. I had a problem with the connection of her roof and mine so they did not get a dime from me directly. They showed up to fix "my" problem within 4 days of me contacting them. WOW! Not that I want my roof to fail but if it did..... I would for sure call this company to fix it. The two guys that showed up were respectful and friendly and if that is the service non-paying customers get then I am all in!

I called and scheduled a visit for a roofing issue and spoke to Tracy. I verified the date and time before ending the call. The scheduled time came and went with no call, no show. I called back and was told the appointment was cancelled by me, which was not true. I don't believe this company values potential customers time, nor attention to detail. If I'm a POTENTIAL customer and this is the experience, then I don't want to find out what happens AFTER I've given them my business. KY-KO was the only company out of 4 scheduled, that behaved in this manner, all others were on time and attentive. You only get one chance at a first impression.

This roofing company was recommended to me by a friend. At first, they were very helpful at assisting. Now that the roof is finished, it is the opposite. There has been several issues with the awning since they replaced it. It rattles and has had to be looked at and repaired several times since they replaced it. Now, the roof is leaking again. Every time I call and report an issue, the office staff is very rude and has the attitude that I am wasting their time. They are short with their answers and not warm. Also, TAKE NOTE, they do not respond to negative reviews, only positive reviews. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Replaced my foam roof. All work was done well and on time. Had a couple of minor issues that were corrected in a timely manner.

The staff at Ky-Ko was extremely helpful in helping with my roof. They displayed great communication and were very professional as I've come to expect from such a reputable, long-standing company.

So happy with my decision to use Ky-ko Roofing. Oscar gave me best quote out of 5, never pushy but had great followup. Marvin was my job general manager and he definitely managed the job, they stayed within their quote they replaced all rotted wood, and painted trim. The roofers cleaned area daily, were hard-working, friendly and respectful. As always when a person signs a contract there is always a little trepidation, that disappeared as Ky-ko was the best. No fear use Ky-ko you won't regret it.

KYKO has done excellent work my rentals and commercial units. work was done on time and on budget, we will be using them for more projects soon

At the tail end of our 5-year warranty, there was a leak in one place. Repair crew arrived as scheduled, tested and found the leak, and fixed it. Professionals. Total time, one hour. No charge That's all I could ask. I highly recommend this outfit

Ky-Co was an absolute wonderful company to deal with from the inspection and quotation process to the installation of the new roof. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with. Work was fininshed as promised and all was handled in a professionsl and timely fashion

I called to get a quote on a flat balcony/patio repair or replacement. I was placed on hold for Jim or Tom (I'm not sure) because he was "on the other line". After a a minute or two, a lady got on the line and asked what I needed. I explained I was still on hold to speak to someone about repairing my balcony as I thought It was the first lady I talked to who put me on hold. This lady tells me, "they sent you over to me and we don't do repairs, I can get someone out to see what you have". I explained to her that I need to get my leak fixed, If that means replacing it, then so be it, but she never asked about what I have and or what the problem is!!!!! I told he that I guessed I caught her on a bad day, because she seemed like she was in a bad mood and she didn't even want to know what my problem was. I'm shocked by all the great reviews......I Will call someone else. I called back and asked for a manager and was told there was none there and asked what I needed. I told the lady I spoke to again, I wanted to speak to a manager...I was Told Tracy is who I need to talk to, but conveniently she went home early "sick today". I'll call tomorrow or until I can talk to Tracy or someone in charge....we'll see...I'll update if I do.....I'm curious if the owner will respond as I notice the owner usually responds to good reviews...hhhmmmm

The crew did a nice job and made the repairs that were necessary while replacing the roof underlayment and took and shared pictures throughout the job. They worked steady and hard each day and cleaned up. I guess I won't know for sure how good the job was until we get through monsoon season dry with no water leaks or water damage but certainly looks like all processes were followed for a quality job. Appreciate the daily discussion with the crew on job status. Thank you for sending a good crew.
