I was in a very bad way. An insurance broker recommended Mercury for my house insurance. When a storm with high winds went through, it ripped off half my roof. I started to get bids to fix the roof. Ended up getting two bids. Mercury`s adjuster came and examined the damaged inside and out. He told me less than $6,000. The bids I received were more than double that and the bids were for the roof only. The fight with Mercury was on. It took eight months of time but felt like I lost six years of my life, fighting for every hundred dollars. After eight months of begging, I got it close enough to get the roof and ceiling almost paid for. Then I heard about Arizona Reign Roofing. Roger came by and I told him my story. He helped me out so much I broke even on the deal. In this age of cutthroat cheating, greed and ridiculously high prices Roger is actually above that. He stands by his word. He is honest and he cares, like family.

I've had the pleasure to refer roofing issues to Roger over the past 20+ years.
