Excellent guy who fulfilled expectations and kept me fully apprised of the work progress. He is courteous and professional. I also got the impression he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I will keep and share his contact info. I'm a disabled vet visiting my elderly parents in Camp Verde. Vance was a big help in our time of need .
