Dry Plus Roofing

Fantastic outfit. These guys worked very quickly, getting the job done in high style while we were away for a week. They're really good about customer service, and I have a story to share by the way of example. We'd accidentally left our Jeep parked a little too close to the house, which interfered with their work. We were probably going to have to call a towing company to move the Jeep, but the Dry Plus crew figured out how to move the Jeep on their own, saving us towing fees. Also, several months later, when we decided to sell our house, they agreed to allow us to transfer their workmanship guarantee to the new homeowner for no additional charge. (True, they reduced the length of the guarantee term quite significantly, but I thought the deal was fair nonetheless.) As for the workmanship on the roof, it was second to none. We were so pleased with their work, we're hoping to hire them to replace the roof on the home we are purchasing down the street as well. This is not a bargain-basement shop, but we think their pricing is fair and competitive.

I really want to like this company and have heard good things, but I reached out to them over 5 times asking for a roof replacement quote and while their office said they would create a quote, they never got back to me with it. I sent repeated emails asking for the quote and it was never delivered. Maybe they are too busy this summer but they should just state that instead of ignoring you.

Responsive, friendly and no nonsense; The entire process with DRY PLUS was very efficient and communicative both on the phone and in person. The estimate was given promptly after I called and was visited at the house for the patio roof inspection. We hoped for 6 weeks but in 8 weeks we had workers at the house on time. They completed the job in almost 1/4 the time anticipated. Cleaned up all debris and were open to explaining the process and completion. I have already referred them to another friend. Nice job. I look forward to use them again.

I was very happy with Dry plus roofing! We had a huge tree branch go through our roof on one of the bad monsoon storms. I called them and they did their best to fix it asap!! Kevin was awesome and caring we had the appointment for a Friday but on Wednesday morning he called and said there will be a bad storm we will fix it today!! He showed up and took care of it. Keith was one of the people fixing my roof they were very professional, caring, and reliable!!! That night a huge storm arrived. I was so happy I had nothing to worry about! I would recommend them to anyone!

We had a couple of tiles come loose right after the warranty ended, and they came out and replaced them without charge. They responded immediately and we were impressed with their professionalism

Kevin and Regina were great! Kevin was able to come to our home within days and gave us a quote onsite for the work to be done. He even came back a couple days later to provide an updated quote for some additional options we requested. His team began the work in less than 2 weeks and completed the job timely and in less time than originally expected. Prices were fair and our home was left clean of debris. I would definitely recommend Dry Plus Roofing.

This review is written while the job, a complete reroofing of my townhouse, is in progress. I find the company and its employees to be altogether on task. They have been in touch with me and have kept me informed of the issues, expected and unexpected, they are encountering, explaining what they are doing and why. There have been some surprises, and the cost of the project has risen, though only by five percent. Installing a new roof is noisy, but with only two entirely understandable exceptions, the workmen have kept disturbances to my neighbors and me to a minimum. More as the project comes to completion. The job is now complete and I can only praise the company and its employees for their communication skills, work ethic and quality of work. I will use them again as necessary and refer others to them.

I had Dry Plus Roof replace my roof on my Manufactured Home in June of 2010, I believe and have been VERY happy with it. I’m single and knew I need a new roof, They never try to take advantage of me. Felt like I was having family help me. Not sure why I have not writen this review before was looking up the number for a friend and thought I should still post a review. VERY clean no mess and fast done in no time at all.
