Two years ago KVN put new siding, paint and gutters on our home. The price was competitive, the process was explained thoroughly and the timeline was reasonable. The workmanship was outstanding. Each team took pride in their work and they were responsive to our needs. As with any project there were a few hiccups but they were handled quickly and professionally. Overall quite pleased with the outcome. Our home has never looked better. Can highly recommend KVN without reservation.

KVN replaced our aging and damaged cedar siding with Hardiboard, framed in the new windows, then painted it all. The cost of the renovation was very reasonable, they worked quickly and efficiently, were diligent in cleaning up as they went, and the house looks lovely. We are very happy with the work they did for us.

KVN did a great job replacing the failed cedar siding on a portion of our house with Hardiboard. Our house was clad mainly with Hardiboard but one area was covered with cedar siding as a type of decorate accent. Unfortunately, the cedar did not hold up at all and had failed within a few years. KVN replaced the cedar with Hardiboard that exactly matches the pattern of the rest of the house. They also added flashing to protect the outdoor shade canister. The finished work looks perfects and we expect it to hold up for a very long time.

The fabulous family team of KVN Construction completed my project to repair dry rot damage, replace siding with Hardieplank, and paint my duplex in the fall of 2022. I appreciated the detailed explanation by Oleg, who came to my home with materials to demonstrate with a model how water barrier would be installed around windows before the siding was installed. He also explained in detail the entire process. With that knowledge, I felt confident in hiring KVN.

When dry rot from bad water drainage was discovered in the structure, they removed the damage, designed a better downspout system, and designed and built a small awning-style sub-roof to prevent rainwater from pooling at the front entrance. Their skills were beyond my expectations. And the bottom line was fair cost, less than several other companies I interviewed whose proposals were not only more expensive but also flimsy.
KVN's proposal was flawlessly detailed.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with people who were not only excellent craftspeople, but also had marvelous communication skills, were happy at their work, responded to all my questions and were patient as I took a rather long time to test paint colors and made changes along the way.
I am very happy when I approach my house. I still love the colors and I'm proud of how my house looks.

KVN did a brilliant job for me. They were easy to talk to and cleaned the site up every night. They were very good about small changes I asked them to do. I recommend highly if you are having siding work done. The pricing was very competitive. Good job.

KVN showed up on the day we were getting all the roofing contractors to show us their offers. They didn't ask about the competition. They showed us what they do. They work with tons of people locally. They are all workmanship. They kept us updated on the progress. They were in and out in the timeframe they set.

KVN bid on my re-siding project in 2022. Adam came out and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable in his initial consulting on types of siding and what is involved. KVN is also recognized as an elite preferred contractor with Hardie Plank siding, which was a big part of my decision to hire them.
-I was so impressed with their work; they tore off all the old siding on the house and shop, put up the Hardie Plank plus board and batten on the second floor (which really added an extra touch of class!), raised an exterior shop door so the shop wouldn't flood in heavy rain, that I hired them to do my roof and gutters. I didn't even bother to get other bids, I was that secure in knowing they'd do a professional job. Which they did.
-The job site was left clean each day. The new siding and painting job is just beautiful. It's like I have a brand new home!
-KVN's staff, the project manager, Javier, all are so knowledgeable, polite, quick to return calls, answered all my endless questions respectfully. I had my clip board of questions every morning and Javier was always happy to go over them.

This is a top notch company. Very transparent and helpful. Called to get a bid for a project, to find out it wasn’t one they could do at the moment. Kvn was hired for repair and replacement of deteriorated trim and siding for 38 condominium units comprising eight individual buildings. With the exception of a couple communication misunderstandings at the beginning of the job everything else worked very smoothly and work was completed ahead of schedule and within budget guidelines. This was a complete residing job, with a twist. These guys should get an award for their dedication to finish! We had an infestation of Box Elder bugs, I'm talking of Biblical proportions! Picking KVN for our siding and window project was the best choice we’ve made as homeowners. We got 3 quotes for our job and KVN was the front runner from the beginning. The initial bid consultation was thorough and clear (Miya was great!) and Michael, who took measurements and ordered materials was spot on. We were very indecisive on a few design elements and they were helpful and understanding, they even came back out to help us with ideas.

The crew who installed our Hardie Siding was incredible. They were fast, detail oriented, considerate and checked in with us regularly on the design elements and other critical factors before proceeding. They cleaned up really well after each day and at the end of the project. They ensured we were satisfied with everything before they completed the job. Javier worked well with coordinating the crew.

I met with Kirill. He was super amazing, responsive and communicative. He was very knowledgeable about the products I wanted, had a video which showed me exactly what he was going to do and why, showed me how they install and their process, and so many other things. I would highly recommend using this company even though I didn’t BUT it’s only because I had some family issues arise and needed to hault my projects for quite some time.

The owner and team at KVN were wonderful. Kirill, the owner, spent quality time with us discussing our needs and plan. We needed a new roof, siding, paint, garage door, and stonework. The various teams got busy and got the job done. We were so happy as each phase was completed, that we gave each team a celebration party!
