John Crosby, with KTM Exteriors, came right away to my home… three different roofing issues. When we decided to do the repair, they showed up and finished in record time. Very professional and kind. Now, helping me with another issue on another home. I told him “I had a roofer for life”!

What a great experience! From beginning to end! I called over 10 different roofers and found KTM to beat any other quote by far! Response time was great for assessing and repairing garage water leak which started in the roof. Shingles that were replaced are a perfect match The roofing was completed in a couple hours. After the completion, I was showing the photos of where the leak originated.

Actually, I've been always told to be careful about roofing. Companies! After getting a few. Estimates, I decided to go with this company. To be honest they were fantastic. Clean excellent work. Courteous, I can't say enough about this company. They are really, really good.
They did interior work shoot rock paint. And popcorn ceiling, everything came out exactly as wanted.

After I had numerous roofing companies in the Tampa Bay area estimate a repair I needed to my metal roof (with some saying I needed a new roof), a friend of mine recommended KTM Roofing. I am so thankful for the recommendation. First of all, after inspecting the roof, KTM confirmed I did NOT need a new roof (I knew I didn't); second, Johnny (the roofer) was amazing. I've never met a contractor who knew more about his trade and was happy to explain exactly the what, why and how's of what he was doing. Some may not want that info, but I like to be informed. He was also prompt and professional. Third, the pricing was VERY reasonable. I had some estimates in the 10s of thousands, and the job ended up much, much less than that. I highly recommend KTM Roofing (and if you live near one of the coasts in Florida, I would have KTM on speed dial!).

I am the owner of Ronald E Holmes Realty, Inc. I called for an appointment for a bid to repair a roof issue from the hurricane on one of our properties. The expediated service I felt from this company will keep me a client of theirs for years to come. The process was completed within a week. The owner of the home, a senior citizen, was kept aware of the process and was very happy they took into consideration matching the roof tiles for a picture perfect roofline. The final price actually was lower than their estimate!

They worked with me and was able to have the damage fixed within days. This was truly a blessing to have a company committed to its customers. Brigitte Knott is an amazing realtor and uses/recommends only the best companies when having repairs done Not only on her home, but on those that she is getting ready to put on the market. As soon as I texted John, I Immediately received a text back telling me when he would be arriving. True to his word, he was extremely punctual, and in no time at all, had checked out our roof Giving it the all clear. Our neighbors weren’t so lucky and today their roof was being repaired. This experience with KTM Roofing was magnificent! I have run about 4 companies of which 2 were in the services industry (software).

First, my roof is done, looks amazing and doesn’t leak anymore. Second, the experience was enhanced greatly by excellent customer care throughout the entire process. Roof Techs were amazing, professional, polite, and very caring about my property. The cleanup after was so good I could t even tell they were ever here without looking at the roof.
