I took a leap of faith with K&T and had them do a full and complete renovation of my home. I have renovated several homes throughout the country and they have been, at every turn, the best. Complete honesty and integrity and absolutely top notch high level work. They are very efficient as well and move quickly--there is no lost time. I would completely trust them and use them in any project -big or small--in the future. I used top level fixtures/appliances-Thermador, etc., and they made my house very luxurious and beautiful and are just so responsive. Lindsey is incredibly bright and hard working, as is their whole team to include Jude, Alex and James. They are the best!

K&T has designed and built high-quality one- to two-unit residences in the New Orleans area for me as investment properties for years, and they also renovated a house for me that needed to be stripped to the studs. They are the complete package--highest market sophistication you can find on both buyers' and sellers' sides in New Orleans area, attention to detail in planning and execution, prompt communication/action--and totally trustworthy. Ben will be refreshingly candid in helping you identify your housing goals and how to achieve them realistically in the current or future market. They don't cut corners because they're a small business in a very competitive field, looking to grow. Can't recommend them more highly.

My husband and I worked with K&T to build our home in early 2021 and have been thrilled with the results. Working with this team was a great experience and we truly felt taken care of every step of the way. They were always very responsive and gave great advice for the build, we felt that we could trust them completely. Additionally, they took special care to make sure everything was performing as expected after our move in. Building a home can be very stressful, but I can't imagine doing it without a team like this in your corner. If we ever decided to build again, I would do it all over with this team in a heartbeat.
