I called KSL on a Monday, & they came the following Tuesday, they cleaned my gutters & mended the flashing from leaking at that time. Jim was knowledgeable, listened to my thoughts, & very polite. Milessa was great, she kept me up to date all thru the week to make sure she didn’t forget about. They were very busy due to storms in our neighborhood. Most people don’t call you back, but KSL is on top of it, because of Melissa.

Excellent service. From the time we submitted a request, until the time the work was completed everyone was very professional. The work itself is excellent, especially considering that they arrived on a horrible weather day (rain and high winds). That did not stop them from getting the work done on a roof project. Overall, amazing work. Highly recommend!

They put on a metal roof last year. It replaced a shingle roof. I love it. The workers were prompt and courteous, they cleaned up afterwards, and it was finished in a timely manner. They did a fantastic job. I’m very pleased with my metal roof and I would recommend them.

I have worked construction throughout my career, but am retired now and past the days doing it yourself! I contacted KSL roofing, and they quoted me a very fair price, in fact they beat the competitors. The office manager was very helpful, responsive, and very nice to deal with. The crew arrived as scheduled, completed the roof the roof the same day. They did an excellent job, cleaned up the job site. I would call them again.

From the initial contact for an estimate my experience great! A very communicative, friendly, professional and up front experience. They gave me a courtesy reminder call 2 days before and showed up on the scheduled date. They reminded me of exactly what they were doing. The workers were very professional, thorough and respectful of my property. When everything was done they did a great cleanup. Very happy with the job and company.

I am very happy with my roof that KSL installed late last summer. Despite it being so hot, they were here everyday till the job was done.

We had to have our roof repaired recently. KSL was one of the companies recommended to us that we ended up choosing. Everyone we talked to was friendly and clear about what we needed to do. Additionally, the team that did our work was efficient (they finished in one day instead of two), the quality was well done, and the quoted price was reasonable for the work that we needed done. In fact, we are having them come out again to complete a smaller job for us because of our satisfaction with the roof repair.

I got my roof and gutters replaced by KSL a couple years ago. I first got a couple other bids, and KSL was very competitive in pricing. I decided to go with KSL after several recommendations by neighbors.

We didn’t have to wait too long before they were ready to install. My wife and I stopped at their business so we could see samples in person.

Maybe a week after that, the job took one day and everything was cleaned up after. I’d definitely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with KSL Roofing from the initial contact, answering all my questions, getting back to me everyone I called and showing up for both my roofing job and window replacements on time. Both jobs were completed on time. When the jobs were done, cleanup was done and nothing was left behind. I strongly recommend!

I hired ksl to replace half of my roof in 2023 and then the other half this year. I am very happy with the results. The roofers were professional, the office staff were very responsive to all messages and questions and the company as a whole was transparent with pricing and time frames. I will be using ksl for projects in the future.

KSL replaced our leaking skylights as well as removing two others. This required patching the roof including drywalling the interior. The work was excellent, the people were excellent from front office to installers, and the finished result surpassed our expectations. My husband is a retired contractor, and these guys got an "A" from him on every aspect of the job. We had priced this project through several companies and KSL 's bid was by far the best. It was the kind of remodel you hope for good work at a great price.

I’m so happy that we chose KSL for our new roof and siding. They are all so professional and the crew does amazing and meticulous work. KSL was great to work with. They were very patient, especially the young lady that we dealt with on the phone, as we coordinated with the power company to shut off main power. Once that was set, they worked quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. They repaired our roof and the pipe for the electric entering the house after a garbage truck had hit the wires and caused the damage. Will use KSL again.

KSL put on my roof, installed siding, new doors and new windows. They also removed a door and made it a window, doing all the plaster work and trim necessary. They are efficient, polite and they clean up when the job is done. I had a problem with the French doors a year later and they came right away and repaired it at no charge. I had more than several companies come out and give us estimates and KSL was by far the most reasonable price. You will not be disappointed when you hire this company. I highly recommend KSL. White siding is the before picture.

Beware of this company , does not stand behind his work. A lot of subpar work. Makes promises to fix things then never shows up.
was Johnny on the spot when he was owed money but a ghost after he was paid.
Had to file complaints with the BBB and AG but he seems to feel he doesn't have to answer to anyone but himself. He will tell you how many pictures that were taken of the job and likes to use words like the job is perfect and awesome .
If you disagree with him he will try to bully you , when that don't work he will threaten you. You'll see what I mean if he responds to this , It will be everyone else fault but his .

We really enjoyed working with KSL Roofing and Remodeling. Kurt and his team were very helpful, answered all our questions and fit it into our budget. We were very pleased with that! The crew showed up early, all who were very professional and transformed our house to the vision we had, new siding, windows, and gutters, fascia and soffit to match!

Since the remodel (w/in a year), window parts have been needed on 3 occasions. We have waited weeks at a time for parts to be installed.

Recently, we were told that they do not have enough time to assist with repairing the part.

BE SURE to know what brand of windows you are getting before they install.

KSL gave our home a needed "facelift" this past week and we are VERY pleased! Kurt was super prompt with an accurate and fair estimate. It was a pleasure to work with him and his entire team were absolutely wonderful. These highly skilled men have a strong work ethic and made this remodel stress free! They constantly asked if we had any questions and if we were happy each step of the way.
They took daily photographs of hard to see areas for us which was a great idea to document the repair process. Their suggestions were so appreciated and resulted in the newer look we wanted for our home.

The crew were absolutely meticulous in caring for the surrounding landscaping prior to each day's work and in daily cleanup! They were especially mindful of stray nails and staples that could get into our dog's paws. We really appreciated that effort and we know our pups are too!

It can now snow as much as it wants on our sturdy new roof and we have already received compliments on our new siding.
