I recommend this company to anyone needing a window replaced. They replaced a specialty bedroom window for me and it looks perfect. The owner and his workers are so friendly and helpful. And they work fast and clean up after themselves. They also replaced some siding on the house and that looks great as well

If you are in need of siding, roofing, amongst other services..... I would highly recommend Koska Construction. It was a pleasure to work with Loren. He was always on time, including the dates his contractors would be working. There was one time that he had to reschedule a date his contractor would be out. We knew in advance of the reschedule as well as the new date the work would be completed,, which was always honored. Our job included siding, roofing, as well as other jobs such as siding our sheds and our horse shelters. The quality of work is truly superb. Loren takes great pride in his work and was frequently out inspecting the contractors work. He also fought on our behalf with our insurance company to ensure coverages of the damages. We provided Loren with a referral, to which that customer was equally as happy with the whole process. Thank you Loren for the great service, communication and great work! Koska construction is truly one of a kind operation!

Loren was great to work with and was very efficient. I hired him to put gutters up on a side of my house and it was done very quickly with great quality. The gutters matched the existing ones perfectly. I will definitely be using Koska Construction in the future!

Loren with Koska Construction was very timely and professional. Always on time and got right to work. There was no time wasted and I feel like he went above and beyond with his quality of work. He did a excellent job repairing the siding on my home and replaced all my soffit and facia and it looked amazing when he was done. I had him come back and soft wash my home after the job was done, it looked like a new home after it was washed! His prices are very reasonable and I would most definitely call him back to do more on my home. He performs a wide variety of services.

Great guy!! Honest, and I thought reasonable prices! Did great quality work at my home in a very timely matter! Told me he would have the work completed in 3 days and that’s what it took. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know to get a variety of jobs done!!

I called on Saturday morning, by midmorning they were at my home and got right to work. They started with some friendly Chit Chat as we walked around my shop and home. Then they dove in. By 3 in the afternoon we settled up and they were on their way. Fair price, great job and amazing results. Will use them again and again.

Koska Construction sided my last three homes. They do an excellent job, are very easy to work with. Very clean, they picked up the whole job site. I also found thier prices to be extremely competitive. I'm already in talks for them to do my next home.
