The Kornacki roofing company did a wonderful job. The professional way they worked completing the roofing in a fast and orderly way. They not only replaced the shingles but also replaced the skylights all the carports, roofing and rotting wood then went onto do the windows and trim that had been damaged by hail thus the five star review mark that I have given

It was a long process as the work entailed 12 buildings with a total of 34 units. Insurance tried to pay for 1/4 of the actual damage. John Kornacki did awesome getting the claim up to over $1 million, took a lot of work on his end to get it paid for but all the damage has been replaced. We can’t thank John and Jake enough for a job well done!

Ed was very helpful throughout the process of getting our project completed. He was able to get the project covered though our insurance when our insurance company deny it. Ed communicated in a timely manner the whole way until project was completed. I'd highly recommend kornacki roofing for future projects.

Highly recommend Kornacki roofing. Jake Huston with Kornacki did a great job following up with my insurance company to get the entire job covered under my policy. Insurance initially only covered new siding for hail damage, but after scheduling another inspection with insurance company, they were able to get the roof and siding covered, even the garage door! Not sure that there are many roofing companies around NW Indiana that have the inspection process and technology that Kornacki does. Jake's communication throughout the whole process was top notch. I am very happy with the work they did. My roof and siding looks great. Thank you guys for making the entire process easy.

I highly recommend Kornacki Roofing and Contracting. We worked with Jake Huston who diligently worked with our insurance company to ensure we got the coverage we deserved after wind and hail damage. Jake had great communication through the process and helped us every step of the way. The installation of the roof was very smooth and I commend them on their clean up! They used high quality materials that not only look great but function just as well. The entire process from initial inspection to roof installation was very smooth. Kornacki Roofing definitely exceeded my expectations!

After speaking with other company’s, we ultimately decided to go with Kornacki. Best decision ever! David was more than knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We ended up needing a bit more work than initially anticipated, but they were so swift and ensured we had our roof done the same day. David stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, and was readily available to answer any calls and questions that arose.
After the crew was done, David came and personally walked our entire yard to ensure all nails and any other materials were picked up to ensure the safety of our pets and kids.

We worked with Ed Turk , and by far he had the worst communication and service. We originally scheduled our inspection August 2, 2024 and the insurance inspection was on August 13, 2024. Our roof and facia/gutters were approved on August 16, 2024. The roof was not replaced until October 17, 2024.
The communication was awful there were no updates on the project timeline. Our gutters did not even get installed until November 21, 2024.
But it doesn't end there... there was absolutely no transparency in what work was being done and why. They tore alot of the decking and replaced it without even as much as updating us as to why or showing us if there was damage. They squeezed our insurance company for about $10,000 more than they originally quoted us and we were still left with a balance due from work we were never talked to about until after it was done and with no proof that the work needed to be performed.
Lastly, during the roof installation the workers damaged my brand new air conditioning unit. When I told Ed Turk, he simply said, "It looks like its just cosmetic." Completely disregarding the fact that it happened until I said I have a picture. I feel so extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. Do not use this company if you want transparency and good service. God forbid you even question the bill the owner calls you personally and trys to make you feel like you are in the wrong and sends you back to Ed Turk.

Kornacki did my roof, gutters and a new garage wrap. I was very satisfied with the process as my biggest concern was dealing with insurance. They handled all the back and forth and assisted with the claim process. Easy to work with. Thanks

Kornacki installed a beautiful new roof on our home and even got the insurance company to pay for most of it!
A hail storm destroyed our roof and our insurance didn’t want to pay. Jake was very knowledgeable. He helped us with the process and was able to get us a new roof.
The work done was impeccable and fast! The one upgrade that we paid for was very reasonable.
PLEASE use these guys! You won’t regret it.

We had a great experience with Kornacki Roofing. The roofers did an excellent job. They replaced our roof and gutters from hail damage. Roof was completed in a day. Gutters the next day. The vents and chimney caps were replaced with brown ones, matching the shingles. They covered landscaping. They cleaned up good. We recommend them for anyone who needs a roofer.

Ed made getting everything paid for by our insurance after they said we didn’t have as much damage as he quoted. They were very time efficient in getting our roof done once everything was finally adjusted.

Ed Did a great job in helping us deal with the insurance company.We got a complete new roof Because of hail damage paid for completely. The guys who did the roof Did a great job And I had it inspected by a friend who was a retired roofer forty years in the business.
