These guys are pros. Top quality from experienced people that work together. Ask your other company if they have their own crews or if they find labor and only have a "supervisor" onsite. Bids are competitive as well. Korellis beat one of my other bids that used cheap materials. Did I mention quality? Jobsite was spotless every day after they left. Honestly they left my place cleaner than it was when they arrived. Just hire them you won't be disappointed.
They do good work but they tried billing me 2.5 hours labor on a 1 hour job. I was timing the job. From the min the tech arrived till he finished. Plus, they triple dip on the bill. $95 hr. Labor, plus the truck fee per hr. Plus truck
Mantince fee per hr. I had to battle with them tooth & nail to adjust the bill. After the dust settled I paid 1.5 hrs labor because they charge travel time to & from your location. Avoid this outfit like the plague.
Korellis installed my elderly relative's roof several years ago, and came out to repair the roof today. Macklin and John were punctual, professional, polite, trust-worthy, and gave great relief to my elderly relative (and me!), knowing that the job has been done right. Thanks, dear guys!
