Very happy with the quick scheduling of the initial quote and actual roof repair. They took pictures and assessed the entire roof and explained everything in a clear way so that we could understand. Each team we spoke with in the process was transparent, professional and kind. The camaraderie within the production team was great to see. You can tell each member of the team was happy to be working at Kore and enjoyed working with their team. It was great to see. We would recommend this company to anyone needing reliable, honest work done on their roof.

Roofing contractors in this state are a dime a dozen as you can find one on every block. The one thing that sets this company apart from the rest is their communication, attention to detail and ability to step up when things go sideways - which can often happen during a large scale project such as replacing your roof. I had Kyle come out and complete my inspection. He provided a video summary, detailed photos and walked me through every step of the project from start to finish. Kyle answered responded quickly to my questions and Nick the field superintendent was also awesome and made sure my concerns were taken care of. The crew on site worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves well. The office staff was very friendly and sent detailed emails throughout the project on what was to be expected. I am extremely pleased with how my project came together and their 20 year workmanship warranty shows they stand behind their install. I choose Kore roofing because of the time and complete explanation Cole, your sale person, gave me along with many photos and a great video where he explained everything your company would do if I decided to use Kore Roofing. I has 3 other bids and choose Kore Roofing over the other two because of all the work Cole did and never pressured me in any way. The workers were at my house for eleven hours the first day. They continually cleaned up as they went along. The crew did not disturb us in any way and all were very friendly. The second day they completed the roof replacement and total cleanup by 1 pm. I am a totally happy customer and have already referred Kore Roofing to two of my neighbors.

Beware, This company is just a group of Salesmen who decided to start a company of their own, none who have any knowledge of correct installation or how to even inspect a roof once finished.. they hire the actual work to be done by a crew of guys that don't install correctly, they use staples which is illegal to use, they have shiners in most key ways which will be leeks for sure... The installs are simply put, Garbage...Complete garbage... The project manager only knows material and has zero knowledge of if a roof is done correctly or not.. This is the guy who does final inspection of the roof after install.. He knows nothing or what to even look for, and that is who does final inspection?? Stay clear as far as possible if u value your money and home.. Your roof is what keeps your home in tact and your family safe..If I'm spending multiple thousands on a home I have invested in, I'm gonna make sure the most important part of my home is done correctly by someone with actual experience... They are just Salesmen sailing a service they can't perform first hand and have zero knowledge on proper or in proper installment... Choose a company who performs their own work and can do a accurate and correct inspection after installment.. By hiring Kore to do your roof, you are only making a group of guys that only know how to con and sale their jobs and take money you worked hard to earn... Don't allow yourself to be bamboozled and conned.. Kore does not even perform the actual work you hired them to do, WARNING!!!!! Stay clear and pass it on

Cole at Kore Roofing had my roof replacement negotiated with my insurance company completed within two weeks. He arranged for the materials to be delivered on a Monday morning and the crew, who was expected the next day, appeared that morning and began the replacement. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were. By Thursday it was completely done...just in time for the storm on Friday! All was well and I have a beautiful roof! I commend the great crew for the fabulous job and Cole for being so fast and being available any time I needed him! Thank you Cole and Kore Roofing. I'm recommending you to everyone!

Kyle is very responsive, explains things carefully, and documents his proposal with pictures. The work crew checked in, did the work, and also took "after" pictures that matched Kyle's 1:1. Since roof problem can be a big problem, I will have Kore Roofing out every year or two for a quick inspection.

Mike was recommended by my real estate broker and was able to accommodate a fairly quick closing date. He addressed all the issues identified in the buyers declaration efficiently at a fair price.

I appreciated his help in closing the sale quickly.

I had never had a roof installed on my house before, so this was completely uncharted territory for me. Michael, Sidney, Nick, and the rest of the Kore Roofing team did a fantastic job managing my concerns and expectations throughout the process. I was especially impressed that they replaced the roof in just one day and wrapped up the finishing touches a few days later (after waiting for the rain to pass to ensure the crew’s safety).

Nick even came back to address a small area I had concerns about and took photos of the finished roof for my records. They also sent me a copy of the paid receipt, the transferable warranty, and the final photos, which I really appreciated.

The price was better than I expected, and the warranty is outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kore Roofing to anyone looking to have a new roof installed. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and delivered excellent results.

so their crew came to my mom‘s townhome and put a new roof on practically in one day very professional, very clean, very good service, minimal downtime, even when the crew did some damage to the gutters, they had repaired within a week, no charge to us, would recommend very good roofing company

I recently had my roof redone by Kore Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They were punctual and showed up exactly when they said they would. I needed some roof repairs completed while changing home owner insurance companies. Tony reviewed the report the insurance company provided and came out immediately to verify the required repairs. Tony had a roofer out to complete the repairs in a couple days and provided the documentation to satisfy the insurance company. The process was quick and easy.

We had Tony Schiavone with Kore Roofing. Come give us a quote last year around October 2023, the price was higher than I expected, but the project was long overdue so was better than some of the other companies quoted.most importantly they could also help get the job financed when others at higher prices could not. We did have a couple problems, but Tony was fast to respond and get the problems resolved very quickly. The project was completed just in time before more bad weather came. From what we can tell, everything is just as it should be and our property looks much better with the new roof.
