What Users Like The Least

When we got the bid we submitted to insurance and they had a few questions which they wanted to ask. Justin took over 2 weeks to respond even after numerous texts, calls and emails from our team.
I was anxiously to get the work started but the bid took a while to get to us.
The delays in communication were frustrating and affected the overall experience.

Justin is a top notch guy and a man of his word. Kore did an excellent job negotiating with insurance for my claim after water damage. Justin has led the orchestration of our restoration well. While it was a timely process, we are pleased with the results.

We reached out due to a vehicle hitting our commercial building on 04/16. Justin came out initially and was very prompt. We advised him that we needed to get this turned over to our insurance carrier but we were anxiously to get the work started. Bid took a while to get to us (05/14). When we got the bid we submitted to insurance and they had a few questions which they wanted to ask. Justin took over 2 weeks to respond even after numerous texts, calls and emails from our team and corporate office. When he finally spoke with the insurance agent, he advised that he would be making the needed revisions and would follow up. That was two weeks ago. We contacted the number on Google, but was advised that this person no longer works for the company. Today is 06/12 and we have received no further communication and now have to start the process over again.

I discover a water leak late on a Sunday afternoon. I called serveral companies but none of them were willing to come out that night except Kore Restoration and (otis) Otis was there within the hour ,examining our problem and getting to work right away. They were curious, friendly and very thorough. He even came by to check up on me. If I ever have an issue like this again, I would not hesitate to call Otis at Kore restoration.

KORE Restoration is a great local company that fixes problems with your house after a catastrophe. I have called on these guys twice in the last few years. Once for a flood situation, and once to rebuild my home after water damage due to a leaking A/C unit.

Justin and Christian are responsive, attentive, and listen to your input throughout the process. They have also fought our insurance to get our house back to the way it was before the event. We did not have to lift a finger during that process. They dealt with everything, and submitted supplementals without our input and got them approved.

They are local guys who care about the people that call them. I did not know them before my issues, but now I call them my friends.

A water leak in the kitchen turned our downstairs into one huge mess. The guys at Kore Restoration did a fantastic job with the new floors and trim. They are comparably priced, worked great with us and our insurance, and most importantly, delivered quality work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kore Restoration did a wonderful job repairing my house after storm damage.
The subcontractors they sent were very professional and knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner. Always listening to my concerns and protecting the surrounding areas both inside and out.

I had the unfortunate situation of a burst pipe in which my entire home flooded and had to be gutted. I cannot rave about Kore Restoration enough! Best phone call I ever made. They were top-notch from the beginning, and did all the destruction and renovation including new walls, floors, paint, trim, etc in record time. It was amazing and everyone was so responsive and professional. I would use them again and again without hesitation. I'm grateful that there are still good companies out there who are ethical and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great team!!! I have been very pleased with the work Kore has done at our house. They are knowledgeable and thorough in everything they did. They took time to find the right material that’s cost effective. They communicated well and were honest in their approach. They are friendly and explained everything in simple terms.
They were very reasonable in charging us. They are innovative in fixing some of our stuff. I will use their services anytime.

Kore Restoration did an excellent job with the coordination of the different subcontractors regarding the removal and installation of our floors. They were very responsive to our questions, concerns and phone calls. The quality of work performed by the subcontractors was excellent. As customers we felt our needs were addressed and met in a timely manner. Justin and Christian are men of their word.
