Recently I had Donny from Kodiak Roofing out to look at our roof. We had a large section blow off during a recent windstorm and I was concerned. Over the past years, I've worked with several contractors and roofers and many of those interactions didn't sit well with me. I either felt like a number in a queue or a dollar sing on a check. Not with Donny and Kodiak Roofing. Donny was professional, easy to schedule, and gave me very good information. After inspecting our roof, he advised an alternate solution and didn't charge us anything for his time, expertise or the trip. I truly appreciate professionals like this and know that Kodiak Roofing will do the right thing when given the opportunity. Knowledgeable, timely, friendly, professional...can't say enough good things about Kodiak Roofing! Their work is quality and their pricing fair. I have already referred a friend to them and would most definitely call them again.

Do Not do business with this company. They charged me $1000 to remove and replace a very small section of heating tape. When they finished the roof repair they left the heating tape hanging off the roof and did not put it back on. I had to call them back out to finish the job but by then it had snowed and it couldn't be put back properly. I was selling my house so the work couldn't be fixed until this last summer so I agreed to pay $650 of the bill then even though they hadn't finished the job and the rest when they finished. It is now November, 1 year since they replaced the roof and they are now billing me the $350. In addition, when I expressed my displeasure for how this has happened, he called me entitled and is threatening to ruin my credit and take me to court. I have no problem paying what I should pay, that is not the issue. The issue is that he sent me an invoice a year later, with no photos, no explaining or any type of details. Just a bill. I never should have had to call them to do the job right that I was being charged for and $1000 for 30 minutes of work is excessive. He is now being extremely rude and refuses to take responsibility for doing such an unprofessional job. I pay my bills and I will pay this as well but I would not ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. The unprofessionalism is beyond reprehensible. How Donny is talking to me is awful.

Donny and every one of his crews were very communicative and dependable in scheduling a re-roof and gutter replacement at my house, which I rent. They did a great job, completing the roof at lightening speed. Despite the possibility of some confusion/communication lapse given that I am a renter (making it necessary to tell me and my family as well as my landlord what was going on), everything went completely seamlessly. Donny and his crew were also mindful of my dog and very accommodating schedule-wise

If you use this company I recommend recording all conversations you have with them. We discussed removing an old antenna from my home and it still isn’t done. We were told that they would be here to finish a specific time and they showed up a week later due to scheduling conflicts. With no call to say they weren’t showing and us having to follow up with them. They said we would walk away with a certain amount and that didn’t happen either. The work done is great don’t get me wrong but the communication and customer service are not acceptable.

We had such a great experience with this company. Easy to work with, and the owner had to deal with a lot of issues with our insurance company and it was nice to have someone on our side. Highly recommend!

Donny at Kodiak roofing was awesome to work with! We were dealing with hail damage on our current house with a different roofing company while also working with Donny on replacing the roof of the house we were purchasing and it was a night and day difference! Donny communicated, showed up when he said he would, did a great job on the roof and completed everything on time with no issues at all.
