My experience with Koda was pleasant to be sure. I met a young man named Justin Look in my driveway as i was looking after my grandson. Justin promised me he would take care of my home and he did in a big way. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I was extremely satisfied. Justin is now a friend and a part of my family. Justin Loop did an amazing job as the project manager coordinating the repair of my roof. The whole process from the inspection to completion, he assisted with everything necessary and was responsive.

Great customer service. They really fought for us to convince the insurance company that we needed a full roof replacement when they only first approved us for 30% of our roof. They always kept me up to date with everything and communication and customer service was beyond anything that I have see in recent years. Highly recommend them! My wife and I was so happy with the final product. Even their employees were top notch, courteous and careful with things around my house. They even did a fantastic job with clean up! Barely any nails or debris in sight!

Koda Roofing & Construction has just completed replacing our roof and has exceeded all of our expectations! While we have had many roofing companies come to us in the past few years, after my discussion with the owner of Koda Roofing & Construction I had the confidence to proceed with him due to his professionalism, knowledge of the roofing business and straightforward responses to my questions. The owner was completely involved in the insurance approval process, even accompanying the insurance photographer on the roof on two different occasions to ensure all of the damage was documented. The owner's experience in working with insurance adjusters resulted in obtaining approval for the cost of the entire project, including the required high quality shingles. The crew was fantastic, completing the job in less than four days, and at the end of each day doing comprehensive clean-up around the exterior of the house. The roof is beautiful and the workmanship flawless. My next door neighbor was so impressed that he immediately hired Koda Roofing & Construction to replace his roof. 5+ stars for Koda Roofing & Construction!

Absolutely stellar company. Family-owned, two brothers and their spouses; terrific people. Came out for an inspection right away, rapid responses to communication. It took a few exchanges to iron out exactly what needed doing, but they were patient and responsive and made sure they got the full roof replacement exactly right, along with several fiddly extra leak-related matters. Daniel (owner) came out multiple times to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. He then went above and beyond when it came to painting the ceilings - came on THREE occasions to make sure it was perfect. Did a magnetic clean and got all debris off the property. Initially, I was not happy with how the flashing was very visible (not their fault, just how roofs are done these days) and Daniel stood and stared at it and brainstormed multiple solutions and came up with one that would fix the cosmetic issue AND protect the integrity of the flashing. It now looks absolutely beautiful. I feel I really lucked out by choosing these folks - they engage fearlessly and honestly with the customer's wishes and then creatively figure out solutions for unusual problems. Hats off. Three cheers. Hip hip hooray. Keep doing what you're doing! I will recommend you to absolutely everybody.

Koda Contracting, LLC provides world class service under the leadership of Mr. Matt Klein. He is the consummate professional. He personally oversaw and facilitated all aspects of the installation of our new roof, from physically inspecting the roof both before and after the install, to interfacing with the insurance company, to immediately rectifying an issue with our tv satellite company. The work was performed professionally and in a timely fashion. Mr. Klein is prompt, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Koda Contracting, LLC.

Koda Contracting does great work and did a great job cleaning up. Daniel was also very helpful and extremely consistent dealing with the insurance company.

If there were such a thing as a textbook reroofing experience, this would be it, from dealing with the claims process to picking up the mess. Replacing a roof creates a huge amount of scrap, the worst of which is about a million nails. Every day, before they left, all the bits and pieces of the old roof were gone. The KODA team set a new standard for courtesy and thoughtfulness. I am pleased to recommend KODA without reservation.

I was able to get a next day appointment, which is huge when you have a leaky roof. Danny and Matt were both friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use this company again when the need arises.

I wrestled with this decision and finally had my roof replaced by KODA contracting last weekend. They handled everything, insurance claim, installation and clean up. They even upgraded my shingles from 3 tab, to 30yr contractor, no charge. Professional no nonsense crew did a fantastic job, ask for Matt and Shelly. Picking reliable contractors is challenging, they made the process effortless. Just want to get the word out to anyone else who's in need of roof repair. A++ service!

KODA Contracting provided excellent service when my roof needed repairs from a recent storm. The project was completed with no issues and the result is outstanding. KODA worked directly with my insurance company handling everything and this was especially helpful. Prior to performing work all information about the job options (materials, costs, etc.) was provided to me honestly. I was satisfied moving forward and on scheduled date the work crew performed professionally completing the job faster than expected. The roof is now better than before and I am very satisfied. KODA Contracting is highly recommended.

Great Team......Needed a repair after a windstorm before the rain came back and they responded quickly to assist.

I then asked for a quote to put a new roof on. They were very knowledgeable, honest, and worked with the insurance company to take care of everything.

Wow!...that says it all! So thankful KODA Contracting, LLC coming into our lives! We had been denied by our insurance company for repairs we KNEW were a direct result of storm damage. Danny offered to do a inspection behind the insurance inspector, and with his expertise and professional experience, we were approved for roofing repairs/replacement! I cannot rave enough about the quality of this company and his representation. KODA Contracting recently replaced my roof. Danny and Matt were professional and detailed in reviewing the damage to my roof and were on hand to review with the insurance adjuster.
They scheduled the job quickly at my convenience with their crew showing up early and working until dark. Work was completed in 2 days and the clean up was very thorough.
The shingles and work were the highest quality. They made sure I was satisfied.
They made this a pleasant experience.

After some reluctance from prior experiences with other roofing companies, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and industry knowledge of Danny and his company KODA Contracting. He quickly earned my trust after how thorough he was with the roof inspection and then educating me on how wind can damage roof shingles. He was also instrumental with his experience in dealing with insurance companies as I filed a damage claim with my home owners insurance company. His roofing crew did an amazing job replacing the entire roof in less than 3 days. What a difference a new roof looks versus the 21 year old roof he replaced. I recently contracted with Koda for shingle replacement on my home. They have just finished the job and I would like to close with a positive review of their services.

First and foremost, they were courteous and responsive to my needs. Danny listened to my ideas and incorporated them with positive suggestions of his own. He was very communicative and I always knew the status of the job.

We had to work with an insurance company and Koda did their part of submitting written summaries and photographs required by the insurance company. Coupled with my interaction, we had a very positive and seamless response from the insuror.

In summary, I would recommend Koda to any home owner needing a new roof. They are a family run business and the kind of folks you want to do business with.

I can't say enough great things about KODA Contracting. Danny and Matt were with us every step of the way. They inspected the roof and found wind damage to the roof. They were at our house when our insurance adjuster came making sure that nothing was missed. They explained every step in the insurance process and wrote the supplement that was needed for the roof. They have a great assortment of roofing colors and brands. Kellie kept in contact with our adjuster and us all during the roof installation. They replaced 40 LF of gutters that were also damaged. And they even gave us a roof quote on our little playhouse that is painted to match our house. We had them replace it as well. Great company! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were present when our insurance adjuster came out to make sure that nothing was overlooked, and helped make the process go smoothly and explained everything to us.They replaced our roof and repaired the interior water damage that had been caused. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done correctly and beautifully. They were friendly, professional and answered all my questions. They made sure to keep dust inside our home at a minimum, which wasn’t any easy task with all the scraping off of the popcorn ceilings and sanding that needed to be done, AND they cleaned up EVERY. It is with a smile in my heart that I share that KODA continues to be upstanding! They sent out an installer 2 weeks ago, and then their own electrician last week, who both verified that it was, indeed, a defective fan, and not my wiring causing my new roof fan not to work. With that information, KODA had the replacement fan installed today, and for the first time, I could hear the hum of the fan from the first floor of my home, and I knew it was running! Thank you Kathleen and Danny, for making things right. My roof is beautiful, everyone who has come to my home to work on it has been very pleasant.
